They have great experience with tattoos and always do exceptional work. But I went to get a piercing changed and they chose a piercing the was not the right size and did not tell me. They also took out my piercing and took too long to put the other one in and let the piercing close so they had to repierce it. When I went back they were so unbelievably rude and harsh for no reason. I have never seen such horrible customer service in my entire life. I would not recommend for piercings! Read Less

This store is located in the URI emporium. Very clean and welcoming shop! My friend and I spontaneously wanted to get our ears pierced and they took us with no wait time. The man who pierced my ear was extremely friendly and told me everything I need to know about health/safety's and did every thing by the book. He did take our ID's to make sure we were 18, so don't try to go if you are underaged with no parent guardian. I thoroughly recommend and would go again! Read Less

this guy is a fucking joke. pierced my bellybutton for $50. it was crooked so i call and he says hell give me store credit. so i go back and they cant take it out so i leave dissatisfied again. i return again the next day, they take it out and then he says "im actually only gonna give u 30$ store credit bc its ur fault its crooked". He loudly blamed me and kept repeating 30 yrs of experience. Listen all you haters I have known this man for quite a while and have his work on me and family. He is a very good artist. This man knows what's up. He just did a 5 hour tat on me for my family and I love it. I have nothing but respect for him. His artistry has no blow outs in outlines and color saturation is awesome. The only place I will go for my tattoos and piercings anymore because the prices are fair and the customer service is excellent! I have six tattoos from Bill and I love every single one of them because they are everything I asked him for and more. I also get all my piercings done here because he provides excellent customer service and he is very knowledgable about his work. I have been going to Bill for almost 3 years now. I did some research when I decided to get my first tattoo, and decided he was the best choice. Bill was able to discuss the design I wanted and make some suggestions to help with the longevity of the design. I didn't go to Bill for my second tattoo and that was a mistake. One he recently fixed for me and now it look AMAZING. Bill has done 6 tattoos for me and a piercing. Bill makes the experience fun with chats to take your mind off the needle.
