Savannah pierced my septum YEARS ago and I've loved it ever since. She aligned it perfectly that even once the jewelry fell out years down the road, I was able to repierce it with no problems using the same hole. Rob is an absolutely incredible artist and very accomadating. Their daughter has grown so much since I first started going to the shop and it's always great to see her stop in. What a GREAT place! Got a Daith piercing to help with migraines and headaches almost 2 weeks ago now and can't believe I didn't do it sooner! Savannah was wonderful with my piercing and just a sweetheart in general. Just got home today after Rob did my custom tattoo (first one by the way) and couldn't be happier. I got a small spur-of-the-moment piece on the back of my right shoulder done here back in 2013 after a recommendation from a friend of mine that lives up the street. They were able to fit me in that day, a couple hours after I walked in, & we negotiated the price of my small piece (which I still think $150+tip was waay too much for an all black-ink piece 2"x2"...) I can't remember exactly who did the piece but I do know it was a guy. He was pleasant(ish) throughout the tattoo..., didn't talk much, but I'll chuck that up to assume he was just very focused. I noticed that the more I said the pain of tattoos didn't bother me, the harder he dug me. at the time I thought he was just being less gentle because I was talking about having a higher pain tolerance than he realized, but looking back I honestly think he was just trying to prove a point of pain because after the piece was finished I realized how badly I was bleeding (keeping in mind that this was my 6th tattoo at the time & I had never bled even a little before -even on larger pieces, nor had I been drinking the day/night before nor the day of) but he cleaned me up, took a picture on my phone for me, & sent me on my way. I have now had the tattoo for about 3 years & it is still really raised up from my skin like I just got it. I've also noticed that the layout of the wording I got is not what I wanted, nor what he showed me before putting it on my body. It's still a good tattoo all-in-all, but I have gotten many tattoos since that one, none of them from Level Seven, & I don't see myself ever returning. My daughter has been wanting a nose ring for a very long time, but I always hesitated since my sister went somewhere in Providence and got an infection on her piercing hours after it was done. As soon as my daughter and i walked into Level 7 we had a GREAT experience!!! Went here on a whim to get a tattoo covered. I consulted with Jim and saw his work so I felt pretty comfortable having him do my tattoo. I booked the appointment for the same day. Boy am I glad I went there. He did an AMAZING job. At first, I just liked it. Now, I love the tattoo. He made it look so nice and I can barely see the tattoo that was covered. I went to the cancer drive the first time I went here and everything was aweosme.  Talk about a great group of guys and gals workin' there.  I couldn't make it in to give them the design I wanted for the drive and they let me email it to them. I sat down and had the first half of my arm done by Jake and his line work was phenominal.  Unlike any I have ever seen.  The whole time he was talking to me and learning what I wanted done with the rest of the piece, and told me to come back whenever and we can get the rest of it done.  I simply will never go to another artist unless I absolutely have to!!
