Awesome experience, brought in a photo of what I wanted just to see they would draw it out for me , Dennis took down my name and number and literally an hour later was ready for me to come back and get it done! I had the displeasure of getting a tattoo from "Chris." All artists are different and some are certainly better than others. Chris is horrible. I know you sign off on any issues you may end up having after the tat is done bla bla bla... but i am left with a literal scar in the middle of mine. He clearly isn't the artist he claims to be. At least, that was my experience. I've seen work from both Dennis and Rob and they do excellent work. If you go to this studio... do NOT let Chris do your tattoo. Mine now looks like shit!!!!!!!!!!! So I know a bunch of people that have had tattoos done here and they all look great. The place itself is really clean which is obviously important. I sat with someone today to get a cover up and the room is comfy with a big flat screen so you can watch a movie while they work. The guy really took his time and the cover up came out perfect. It has taken me awhile to get around to writing this review, but here it is. I hate leaving bad feedback, but I went to this shop for a piercing and I would definitely never go here again! I walked in and was left in the waiting room for a long time before being acknowledged. It seemed as though I was an inconvenience to them once I finally was asked if I needed help. While I was waiting I heard them just talking and hanging out in the back room. If you don't want to work and make money then why have the shop open? When I finally got to talk to the piercer, he was so grumpy. He didn't smile despite my efforts to make friendly conversation. He was rude when I asked him questions like he didn't want to be bothered. It was an awful experience and I left feeling as though I had disrupted them and was a burden. I went here for tattoo on my forearm. It's obviously visible and being a professional, it had to be classy and perfect. I couldn't have found a better shop to do this at. The staff were very friendly and extremely professional. The shop itself is incredibly clean and the rooms were high-tech and comfortable. My artist, Dennis, who also happens to be the owner took his time and made sure I was completely at ease. The room was filled with newly released blu-ray disks and I sat happy as a clam watching the new Batman as Dennis was working. I'll definitely return and highly recommend this place. Read Less
