My daughter passed away earlier this year. Going through her things I found a notebook she scribbled in, including a doodle of her name. I took it to Billy Behler. Â I wanted it over my heart (you know...side boob). Being a woman of a certain age (and weight), I expected to be embarrassed. Billy was so professional that I was comfortable and relaxed the entire time. While it may look simple, the tattoo came out exactly as she had written. I always said I would never get a tattoo but I'm glad I did. And I'm glad I went to Billy at Black Locust. Highly recommend -

I came to see Camille to have my eyebrows microbladed, and they are absolutely perfect! She was very professional, sweet, and precise. She took time to measure them exactly to the contours of my face. I have received so many compliments, and my confidence has definitely been lifted. I couldn't be happier. It takes a lot of nerve to have something tattooed on something as noticable as your face, but you'll leave there looking better than how you came in. I'll only be seeing her in the future, and will recommend everyone interested in permanent makeup here.

Easy location. Clean shop. Extremely accommodating. I had an appointment at another shop on a Saturday but when I showed up, they told me they didn't have me on the books. So my friend recommended that I call Black Locust, and I'm so glad I did. They fit me in and even stayed late because they knew how important this tattoo was to me. I was so happy with the finished product, even happier than the original idea. Highly recommended.
