I don't think everyone in this shop cares to work on all ethnicity's . I've contacted justin storm for days on in via Facebook and IG and he'll read my messages and will not reply. We have smart phone today so the days where we use to say I didn't get your messages are over. Notifications are a killer. And especially if your in a business such as tattooing. That's your beard and butter. Like moneys money. It all spends the same. You tell me you require a deposit and I got to message you every day to give you that. And you give me the run around when you do reply. Like a deposit shouldn't even be necessary if your communication skills suck and you make excuses. Had me drive to york on Saturday just to not answer. And it was snowing that day. Sucks it had to get this far. I'm leaving a review on every review site there is. One bad apple spoils the bunch.

Friendly shop that makes you feel welcomed. Amazing tattoo artist, that are super chill to talk and joke with.
I strongly recommend J Rock!! Dude is freaking talented! Work in photos is done by him....

I strongly recommend J Rock!! Dude is freaking talented! Work in photos is done by him.. the start of my beauty and the beast sleeve.. this is just the line work alone and it's already badass looking.
He also did my little Jason Voorhees tattoo on my right arm.

Sevil James is the absolute best! He was able to take my idea and make it even better than I could’ve ever imagined. I wish I could rate him higher than 5 stars! The entire staff at Built To Last is awesome so no matter who you decide to get your work done by they won’t disappoint. I’ve always loved Sevil’s portfolio which is why I wanted him to do mine.

I went to get my Rook pierced and Kyle did such a great job. It was super quick and he was very good and making sure I was comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Dan at the shop was very friendly me and my wife were looking to get some work done on Sunday even with all the business they had going he stayed until midnight to make sure we got the work done we wanted. Will be returning in 2 weeks to continue sleeve and my wife's first tattoo went well enough she is ready for another one. Thanks to Dan and j rock for making this a good experience for her. Definitely recommend this place for the true tattoo enthusiasts and the first timers.

Not a single complaint here. Clean shop, nice atmosphere. The staff are helpful and pleasant to be around. I can even say, these guys go above and beyond compared to any shop I have been a client at....
Not a single complaint here. Clean shop, nice atmosphere. The staff are helpful and pleasant to be around. I can even say, these guys go above and beyond compared to any shop I have been a client at. I had a piece done by Sevil a few years ago which has never been touched up and still looks great. Back in March I started having a sleeve done and well it was a mess, the girl must have been having a really bad day, Sevil got the mess turned around and it's coming along much better than I could have ever imagined. Needless to say, I won't be going anywhere else. If you want quality service and great ink with fair pricing, this is the place to go. :)

Wish there was a score higher than 5! Had Don work on my first back piece the other day. I told him ahead of time what I wanted to spend and about the ideas I had. I'm terribly unartistic but after I explained what I wanted the tattoo to express, he designed the most awesome tattoo. I've only had it for two days and have gotten numerous commpliments and I can't stop twisting around to look at it in mirrors. He was so good about helping to keep me calm and relaxed during the 4+ hour work. I will definitely be back.They don't accept credit cards so you may want to bring cash because if you have to use the atm machine at the restaurant nearby, you'll get slammed with atm fees.
