Hard Luck Tattoos is open from 2PM to 9PM Monday through Friday and 2PM to 8PM Saturday. We offer professional tattoos and body piercings at reasonable prices in a safe and friendly atmosphere. You can stop in and check out the designs we have, bring something of your own or work with use on your very own custom tattoo. We also offer body piercing as well as jewelry sales. We are located in Warren Pa at 1209A Pennsylvania Ave East, and the phone number is (814)313-1665.

The owner does decent work but he's hard to get along with. He is partial to designing his stuff off of Photoshop and clip art compiling which is not necessarily a bad thing, its just his thing i guess. My only real complaint is his hard to deal with attitude he can get and the cigarette smell.

Jon did an amazing job on my and my husbands tattoos! We went in with "ideas" of what we each wanted and he was able to create something for each of us that went way beyond our expectations. He even stayed open late to do the tattoo work and didn't complain at all. Very clean and professional working area as well! I would definitely use him again for my tattoo work!

Okay so this man totally messed my sisters tongue up. It was pierced off center and diagonally forward and backwards. Do NOT go to this place for ANYTHING. We walked in with him doing an arm tattoo and the needle stopped in the mans arm multiple times, and his arm was beat red. I wouldn't recommend going here for anything. The piercing was pushing on a nerve and made her tongue go numb, after she took it out she felt it immediately. He was twisting her tongue WHILE the needle was in her tongue. Just because you have a tattoo/piercing parlor doesn't mean you're a professional. -0/10 would NEVER go there.

Do not get dermals here me and my friend got them and both of ours wasnt screwed on correctly and we have to now go all the way to erie to buy some because he wont order none when its his fault .

Okay so this man totally messed my sisters tongue up. It was pierced off center and diagonally forward and backwards. Do NOT go to this place for ANYTHING. We walked in with him doing an arm tattoo and the needle stopped in the mans arm multiple times, and his arm was beat red. I wouldn't recommend going here for anything. The piercing was pushing on a nerve and made her tongue go numb, after she took it out she felt it immediately. He was twisting her tongue WHILE the needle was in her tongue. Just because you have a tattoo/piercing parlor doesn't mean you're a professional. -0/10 would NEVER go there.
