She drew out a version of our design that we loved and inked it in our skin. She was very conscious of the process and made sure we were okay during the initial 'inking'. My GF got a custom Tattoo from them. Meryl was incredible. So friendly, accommodating with my GF's schedule, and generally all around a great person. While we spent 5 hours there getting work done, it was a great time just talking to her since she is so down to earth. The quality of the tattoo was everything we could of hoped for. From drawing to little tweaks, Meryl did everything to make sure my GF was 100% happy with her Tattoo. I have been getting tattooed here for over 5 years, and it is a wonderful experience. The artists are extremely talented, the atmosphere is upbeat and caring, and you get treated like family when you're there. I am impressed by how stringent they are on cleanliness and sterility, and how much they care about every tattoo they carefully render onto your skin. If the feel, for whatever reason (ie - rash, fresh scar, etc), that getting a tattoo on that day will be a disservice to you, they will postpone the appointment at no cost to you...even though that means they may lose out on money for that day. My fiancé and I were in the Poconos for a little vacation, and his bright idea lets get new tattoos. Of course I was excited since I have been dying to get some new ink. I looked up local shops and Inkwitch came up, I read it was a all woman shop and being the jealous type I originally skipped over it. After calling another shop and being totally turned off by the chick who very nastily answered the phone I said I'm gonna call Inkwitch. I'm so HAPPY I did!! They were the nicest people on the phone & when we get there even more welcoming. Meryl did a small foot piece in memory of my grandma and kitty did 2 small cover ups on my fiancé everything came out awesome... Oh and this was only day 1. We went back the next day for Meryl to do a kick butt job on a large cover up for my fiancé! Anyone in the Pocono area I highly recommend these women they are awesome at what they do!!!!
