I have had a handful of tattoos and some were ok. Some not so good. When I started looking for a very talented and professional shop and artist a couple of years ago I was getting really disappointed....
I have had a handful of tattoos and some were ok. Some not so good. When I started looking for a very talented and professional shop and artist a couple of years ago I was getting really disappointed. Every place was starting to look and sound the same. They all made me feel like I was privileged to be in their presence. I was starting to give up on finding a great experience.Then one day I wound up in Lost Soul Tattoo.I looked at some portfolios and met a couple of artists.I knew who I wanted to take on a huge half sleeve with some cover up work and started a conversation with an artist.We were in total agreement on the idea and as many tattooed people know there is a big trust factor in giving your tattoo pro creative freedom.I booked an appointment and after 2 sessions and a touch up I have 20 hours on my awesome tattoo.The thing that makes this a great shop in my opinion is Don Preston.He is a consummate pro, and does some really incredible work. Great conversation is there if you are like me and enjoy the connection with your artist. Don takes the time to do things right, and it shows in his results.As far as I am concerned he is the only artist I will let tattoo me from now on. I have new ideas on my other arm to even things out.If you are a horror movie fan, his collection of memorabilia is impressive! Oh and there is great music too. (Metal if you are like me and Don)Overall, Don is a quality person who shows utmost respect to his clients. I was extremely impressed and can only give 5 stars or I would give more.He books well in advance, but it is so worth the wait.Hats off to you Don.

People are amazed by it, strangers keep coming up to me commenting on how awesome it looks. It's a great atmosphere, very chill with good conversation. Can't wait to get more done!

Great experience! I had a small tattoo done here that was very meaningful to me. They treated me with the same respect and professionalism that they would for someone who wanted a big elaborate piece. We liked them so much we went back for my wife to get her first tattoo done, which ended up being two tattoos! They also stand by their work. They touched up my tattoo a year later at no additional cost.

Felt like I was getting ripped off. Such a high pricing of tattoos.. when I asked how much it would cost me to get 3 little stars on my foot they said $100 So I went to a much better place and got it ...

My tattoo I got done here on my arm was 150 and the other guy would have charged 100 or less.

My brother recommended Zaq to me. He's currently working on a sleeve with him. I scheduled an appointment with him. Zaq was fantastic! Don, Zaq and I all brainstormed an idea for my chest piece. The artists there are all extremely talented. My first sitting with Zaq was awesome. He always made sure I was comfortable, that my pain wasn't too bad and that I enjoyed the music that was on. I can't wait to finish this tattoo and see Zaq's full vision. Definitely felt comfortable the whole time I was there. Can't wait to go back!

Great experience! I had a small tattoo done here that was very meaningful to me. They treated me with the same respect and professionalism that they would for someone who wanted a big elaborate piece. We liked them so much we went back for my wife to get her first tattoo done, which ended up being two tattoos! They also stand by their work.
