While on vacation in Florida, I got my left daith pierced and I'm obsessed with it. Upon returning, I wanted another piercing but I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted, although I knew I wanted another one in my ear. Serenity is the perfect name for this shop. Even though there were other customers in there, I was warmly greeted by the owner, Larissa. She couldn't have been nicer. After helping me figure out what I wanted next, Larissa helped me choose the perfect piece. She explained everything clearly and her after care instructions were totally on point and specific. Larissa is amazing. She took her time explaining what she was doing every step of the way while piercing me. She was very knowledgeable not only about piercings but also the way tissue and skin affects the piercing. She made sure that everything was perfect and I was happy with the placement beforehand and that I was comfortable and prepared during the piercing process. Third tattoo shop I've had work done at and I won't go anywhere else ever again. Nason is an incredible artist and he does everything in the world he possibly can to make you comfortable and welcome. He has a very low minimum and his hourly charge is incredibly fair. Cassandra is great too, she did several tattoos for a family member and produced great results. I accompanied my boyfriend here last weekend so he could get his nips pierced, and they did a fabulous job! Having the piercings myself, I could appreciate the process.  Piercer/owner Larissa really did everything she could to set my boyfriend at ease.  She explained every step of the process as she did it and was incredibly thorough and professional. After the piercing she went over in great detail how to care for the piercings, and he has not had any trouble since. The shop appears very clean and professional, as does the other staff we met. While I can't speak for the tattoo side of things at Serenity, the art they had displayed looked great! I'd definitely recommend Serenity for piercings and would check them out further for ink. Decided to get my Daith pierced due to a recent increase in migraines. Larissa was amazing! Being in the healthcare field, I'm all about cleanliness! She cleaned surfaces & opened packages directly in front of me, along with changing her gloves out each time. I swear I've seen doctors less sterile! My husband and I each have 2 tattoos from this shop, and I have to say, this place is pretty awesome! The first tattoos we ever got we got here, after I had researched everything I could about the owners/artists and their work. When we arrived, and got checked in, everybody made us feel welcomed and at ease. They are hilarious and so friendly- it was just like going to hangout with friends and you have a beautiful piece of body art at the end of it. Literally had the greatest experience here. I was such a pain in the ass too (flip flopping with what I wanted, just generally being "that guy" lol). But everyone I met here was beyond patient and so nice and understanding and I am so grateful.
