Amazing work done by Eric but I found out after the fact that he charges you based on how much he thinks you'll pay, he has no set prices. There was no way the flower I got on my arm would've been $400 and he tried to charge me up to $500. If I'd known this I would have stuck to my usual artist at Keltic. Love the setup, wide open, great feel to the shop. The staff really gives a damn, a woman came in with two younger girls for a piercing and protocol was on point! Was she the mom, or just the cool aunt? No proof, no deal. Great call. Standards are high here, atmosphere was killer. This is how a tattoo studio should feel. Had a tattoo done by Quinn was very impressed with it. It took a little while but he took his time to give me exactly what i wanted&to make sure i was completely satisfied. Ill b going back! I have a sleeve on my left arm and half of a sleeve on my right arm.  My wife and I just had tattoos done by both Jay and Gus and this place is incomparable.  Everyone that works there is laid back and incredibly down to Earth.  In regards to customer service, remember you're at a place that is centered around art; nothing about a tattoo shop should smack of Walmart.  If it does, the hell out there immediately.The aspect of Colorwheel Tattoos that warrants 5 stars is the level of skill and expertise contained within that shop is astounding!  We drove an hour and a half and if someone told me it would take three hours, it would still be worth the drive! The only place I go...had 3 done there. Laid-back & awesome skill. I'm pretty sure they take walk-ins but call ahead to be sure. They just move to a new location 2 doors down from their old studio. Ask for Gus. Read Less
