Very disappointed, my friend and I made an appointment to get tattoos done we were very excited then we went to go to our appointment and he double booked his self we got told we have to wait 45 mins so we said okay cool we’ll come back an hour later we come back and We get told yeah it’s going to be another hour so we decided not to go back. Long story short don’t get tattooed there because even if you have an appointment your appointment doesn’t matter to them because they double book their self’s.

I only have 2 people i let tattoo or pierce me. One of them works here. Great staff great place clean and professional. They treat people like family and strive to make everyone comfortable and happy.

The staff are friendly, and the prices are low, but the jewelry and piercing quality is atrocious. The piercer is a nice lady, and even helped me put in a new nose ring I bought from her for free, but her practice is not great. She is very nice, but I was ensured the first time I met her I would only get quality internally threaded jewelry. I am knowledgeable about proper jewelry as I have 15 piercings, and before she ever pierced us I let her know I did not want anything but the best jewelry since we are both allergic to nickel and internally threaded was a must. My husband and I both got piercings done here. His nose was pierced with mixed metal junk that caused a huge bump on the inside due to allergic reaction to nickel.. when we went in she told us it was a “pus bubble”.. it wasn’t. We took out her jewelry and replaced it with stainless steel and the bump went down within two days. My tongue was pierced extremely crooked—and when I took it out to change the bar to a shorter bar, it was externally threaded!!! My tongue hurt a lot until after I changed that out—I am allergic to nickel and was swelling a lot more, and experience extra discomfort because of the “surgical steel” she put in my tongue! She was also advised that we were both allergic to nickel and still put junk jewelry in our bodies. That was very dangerous and I will never be returning. You get what you pay for here, and they advertise $1 jewelry.
Edit in response to the owner: this jewelry was most definitely not 316 stainless, and it was definitely externally threaded and I was told externally threaded jewelry was not going to be put in my body—because I told her I did not want it!

Clean place. Great and helpful staff. Very charismatic. They made me feel at home honestly. I had Ashley give me my first tattoo, she was great and I how it looks. Everyone I talked to on the phone was helpful when I called to ask questions as well! Would recommend.

Very disappointed, my friend and I made an appointment to get tattoos done we were very excited then we went to go to our appointment and he double booked his self we got told we have to wait 45 mins so we said okay cool we’ll come back an hour later we come back and We get told yeah it’s going to be another hour so we decided not to go back. Long story short don’t get tattooed there because even if you have an appointment your appointment doesn’t matter to them because they double book their self’s.

The staff are friendly, and the prices are low, but the jewelry and piercing quality is atrocious. The piercer is a nice lady, and even helped me put in a new nose ring I bought from her for free, but her practice is not great. She is very nice, but I was ensured the first time I met her I would only get quality internally threaded jewelry.
