Not only is he one of the best tattoo artist around (numerous awards, magazines, etc.), he also is a genuinely nice person making sure his customers are safe and feel comfortable. So my friends and I all decided last minute to get small tattoos. After a bad experience at Fyre Body Arts, I was hesistant. We yelped different tattoo shops locally around the Telford area. We found Carl Hesse's, called, and drove right over. THEY WERE AMAZING! First of all they were all super outgoing, funny, nice, and just overall helpful. I wasn't sure what I wanted and they talked me through it and helped me find a perfect spot to place my tattoo. Dollar Bill tattoo'd my friend first. He did an amazing job, he's a super talent artist. My friends tattoo was an arrow and it was super detailed and he did it extremely quick. Then he tattooed me next. He was very patient with me because I was so hesitant at first. I was highly impressed with my tattoo as well. My other friend got a lotus flower which was originally supposed to be simple without shading but the artist added shading with no extra cost. They are super reasonable with pricing, professional, and outgoing. I will defiantly go back! Read Less

My daughter and I just got inked by Dollar Bill!  I've been getting tats from bill for years but this is my first time at this shop. The shop is really nice - super clean!  Everyone was very great!  Just to add a note about tatting in general: your artist is a professional and as such will recommend what is best as far as size, placement, etc. so that your tattoo looks good and lasts for a very long time. They aren't always going to agree with a clients choice especially if the end result will reflect badly on them or their shop. Please remember this before you criticize an artist for refusing to do a tattoo UPSIDE DOWN! Read Less

I got a tattoo here, the tattoo itself is very nice but the customer service was awful. The tattoo artist fought with me about the position of my tattoo, then another tattoo artist chimed in. I felt like they didn't care what I wanted, and it was the worse feeling ever. I would not come back to this shop again. Read Less
