My experience with this place was garbagé. The piercer was very unfriendly and rude. The owner is never available to speak on the phone or in person. They would not allow me to schedule an appointment. I had to wait an hour and a half before they took me back to get pierced. In this time, the piercer went on several smoke breaks and sat outside on the bench doing nothing. There was one other employee present, the tattoo artist. The tattoo artist was atleast friendly, but we did not have much interaction because I came in for a piercing, not a tat. When I had arrived I was told I had to wait the hour and a half, and I did...but I'm not sure why. The tattoo artist had one person she was working on and it was not busy at all. Just me and the person getting the tattoo when I showed up. The tattoo was done a half hour after my initial arrival. But I still had to wait a full hour to be seen. The reason I was told to wait was because they didn't have the proper equipment in store for my piercing. How do you not have piercing equipment handy in a piercing parlor???? Once I was taken back, the procedure was short. I got dimple piercings and the right side went through quickly and easily, but my left side she ended up piercing twice. The first time, the needle didn't go all the way through, so the second successful needle was very painful. She left the clamps dangling from my cheek which was painful after being stabbed twice in that area. She kept dropping the ball inside my mouth and the left side was just painful, annoying, and it took awhile to get right. My left cheek had significantly more swelling then my right and I had a huge bruise on my cheek for weeks after getting it done. Theyr still healing, but I feel like when they settle into into my face, they won't be even. I highly recommend going anywhere else for a piercing or tattoo. It's ran very unproffessionally, and they really don't do that nice of a job. I only went because no place does dimple piercings in my area, this place was the closest one. I took my boyfriend here to get a touch up done and to get a new tat on his hand. They did an awesome job. The artist helped design the image and it fit his hand perfectly. Very reasonable pricing also! Read Less

my nostril piercing fell out and about several hours later i went into the closest shop to see if they could do anything without of course piercing it again because i got it pierced less the 4 weeks ago. the piercer informed me that he might not be able to get it in i said okay to try. i wanted the same gauge jewelry to go back in because it wasn't time to switch jewelry. anyways he didn't try to put it in instead he walked away and got some other jewelry. the entire time complaining about the cork screw jewelry that was originally in there. he talked so much negative thing about my piercing i felt like no piercing should ever have been pierced with a standard gauge surgical steel. anyways he came back to me and put the jewelry in then says that will be 10 bucks. i was shocked and in disbelief that my jewelry went in .. but then i looked into the mirror. he says to me "the jewelry that you have in now is the best one it bends i don't know why they put that other jewelry in your nose, those corkscrew things are no good". i was somewhat taken back at the idea that everything happened so fast but i still paid him the 10 bucks,,and left... when i went home to take a good look at what he put in my nose i took it right out. pictur he put some wire BS in my nose!?! these people are retarded. don't ever go there for a piercing. I heard about this shop from some friends. I was a little hesitant because I'm not really a fan of Norristown. Although, as soon as I walked in I was greeted by a very professional artist named Steve. He gave me the best tattoo that I have on my body and the price was extremely reasonable. Erica was awesome she was incredibly friendly and an amazing artist. My wife got a tattoo she'd wanted done for a long time along with touch ups on an older tattoo. Everything came out better than expected at a great price. Not only that bit they are one of the few places open on Sunday, so they were very busy. In spite of this we never felt rushed. Read Less
