Went to get my belly button done and the people who worked there were really nice, the only thing is, my piercing is crooked. I'm really disappointed, I've wanted it done for a long time. I paid to get my belly button done nice and it's crooked and I'm embarrassed.

I made an impulse decision to get my cartilage pierced and I wish I'd done more research. The place was a bit sketchy and I couldn't understand my piercer well (no one's fault, just a thick accent). I have to go get one of my piercings removed because of the pain I'm in. I leave you with this tip: do your research! Go somewhere you are familiar with.UPDATE: I went to another piercing place today because I needed to get my cartilage piercings removed. When the guy took them out, he said that they were costume earrings and that the type of earring was illegal inside Philadelphia city limits. DONT GO HERE.

I went here for my first tattoo and I could not be happier with the customer service, cleanliness, and talent. The gentleman made me feel so comfortable and relaxed and really listened to what I wanted and was incredibly accommodating. I will definitely be back and my boyfriend was very happy with his tattoo here as well. Thanks for such a great experience!

I came in looking for a correction of previous work completed at another tattoo/piercing place in the area. Iron Tattoo's staff were professional, friendly, and made me feel at ease. The location was clean and organized. The work was high quality and very fairly priced. They made sure I knew how to keep it clean and look for any potential complications. Any future work, they will be my first choice. Highly recommend.

I have to go get one of my piercings removed because of the pain I'm in. I leave you with this tip: do your research!
