He uses new needles everytime and cleans everything throughly. He also sterilizes his equipment after use. He is fast and the tattoos come out great. He is also the cheapest in town currently. He has years of expirence and has taken several art classes so he understands the mechanics that goes into it unlike most artists today who think they can draw and then botch a tattoo. Overall I had a great expirence. He did a good job and I had minimal recovery time with an awesome tattoo that wasn't rediculously expensive.Read Less
