My husbands daughter wanted to get her first tattoo and we decided to go to impressions of expressions. It was definitely the right choice. Kayla made Madison so relaxed and comfortable. It was like she had been hangin with an old friend. After seeing how well she did with Madison, I decided to get all of my older tats redone and add another to my left arm. She was so quick and virtually painless. The work looks flawless and I am so pleased with the results. We didn’t realize that the shop had closed early on Saturday and we ended up keeping her there for almost 3 hours after the shop was supposed to close. Got a dagger tattooed in my right hand, all black in just an outline. Turned out great! Didn't hurt, got a touch up merely 2 weeks afterwards. So I came here a long time ago and got my tattoo done and had the worst experience which began with the two ladies showing up late. I was then told that I was going to have to get circles instead of stars because they were too small for the details. I was not happy with the way the tattoo turned out. When I went to go pay she asked me to go pull cash out because her card swipe was not working after I asked if we could pay with card and was told that's fine. Turns out I know 4 other people they did this too. I guess they are trying to avoid paying taxes on it I'm not sure but what I am sure of is this was a horrible experience and I would encourage everyone to avoid this place. Read Less

So my girlfriend and I both went and got something done. My girlfriend tried to back out but after a few mins the lady's calmed her down and she ended up getting it. She hates needles but she even said that they was fast and really good. It barley hurt. I really like you guys art work as well. Looking at the books was amazing. WORST BODY PIERCING EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE!!!!!!! I drove an hour n a half to have my dimples and my dermal pierced at this place. 1st RED FLAG: She (HER NAME IS KAYLA) verbally asked my age never looked at my license 2nd RED FLAG: She never had me sign any papers that ALL SHOPS MAKE YOU SIGN I have 4 other piercings and each one I had to sign the exact same paper 3rd RED FLAG: She told ME to tighten the balls on my dimple piercings SHE NEVER USED THE LITTLE PLIERS THAT ARE NORMALLY USED I CAN TAKE THE BALLS OFF AND ON BY HAND. I shouldn't be able to turn the balls on them if they would have been tightened the correct way with the correct tools NOT TIGHTENED WITH HER nor MY FINGERS!!!!! MAIN SITUATION: ONE OF MY DIMPLE RINGS FELL OUT NOT EVEN 5 MINUTES AFTER IT WAS DONE. I got in my van sent out a text said 2 words to my aunt and the bar was in my mouth. By this time she had already left the shop. I called her phone and she said for ME to try and get it back in because she was SHOPPING for her daughter and couldn't come back to put it back in. I sat there for 45 minutes trying to get it back in. It wasn't possible I had no lighting and was in my vehicle trying to do it. I called her back again and she stopped answering my calls for like 20 minutes. She requested I came to her at the kmart Plaza near Ellwood Pa., I did that I bought a box of gloves so she could try to reinsert the bar in my cheek on the inside. She tried to "find the hole on the inside of my cheek for like 5 min" I was in excruciating pain as she was trying to force it thru the hole that was starting to close at this point "an hour later" I told her to stop for a minute and then she asked me if I HAD A KNIFE? I ASKED FOR WHAT AND SHE SAYS "SO SHE COULD SLICE THE HOLE BACK OPEN INSIDE MY CHEEK BECAUSE IT HAD CLOSED ALREADY.. #1 THAT IS COMPLETELY UNSAFE AND UNSANITARY! #2 THAT IS COMPLETELY INSANE FOR HER TO EVEN SUGGEST SOMETHING LIKE THAT. I wouldn't dare let her cut the inside of my mouth regardless but inside of kmart with a knife out of my purse... REALLY?!?!?!? So then I ask if I could come back today and for her to repierce it being it happened 5 minutes after it was done and she tells me that I HAVE TO REPAY HER THE FULL PRICE OF THE PIERCING BECAUSE SHE HAS TO OPEN A NEW NEEDLE AND EVERYTHING TO DO IT AGAIN!!!! No way should i have to pay again I had paid $170 to have the 3 piercings done so why should I have to pay for her to fix her screw up. THE LADY'S NAME WAS KAYLA WHO DID MY PIERCINGS. Very unprofessional to the fullest extent... Never put any money into the cash register it went straight into her pocket and went straight to kmart with it. WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE AND I WOULDN'T RECOMMENDED THIS PLACE TO MY WORST ENEMY. Now I have to wait for it to heal and go somewhere else to have it done OVER AGAIN cuz she didn't make sure the balls were tight like a PROFESSIONAL SHOULD HAVE Read Less
