Super happy with the tattoo I had gotten last week I didn’t catch the artist name but he was very friendly and had a tattoo on his palm and was able to take me on a walk in basis, it was in honor of my dad fighting kidney disease. You can not get a better combination than Three Rivers. They are ridiculously talented, super professional and the nicest human beings around! I have never felt more at ease and more happy with my results! Austin has done two of my tattoos and I am still obsessed with them! Joe Bruce, Laine and the rest of the staff run a top-notch business. The shop is very clean, and so very organized. Joe’s work is brilliant. He tattooed two pieces for me, and I cannot be happier. The healing process also went so much smoother than I’ve experienced with other tattoos. The only negative was that it took me six weeks to get in with Joe, so plan accordingly. But it’s so worth it. Like another mom's recent review, I found Jenny through a Facebook group when I recently asked for tattoo shop places to get my 9 year old's ears pierced. I knew I didn't want to go anywhere with a piercing gun, but the only suggestions I had previously gotten (when I was asking in the Fall) were pretty far from us. My daughter changed her mind in the Fall, but recently decided she was ready. I can't say enough positive things about Jenny & how glad I am we went with her! I a...lso had my 5 and just turned 3 year old with me after a long day of school & sports. I was hesitant to bring little kids to a tattoo place, but the environment was clean and professional looking. Jenny was so personable- she asked my daughter what her favorite things to do are, her favorite color, favorite subject, etc. and truly made her feel special. She was sweet, patient, genuine, and funny! I told my daughter if we had gone to the mall, we would have been in and out before Jenny finished marking her ears! She did not rush us at all even though we got there less than an hour before it closed. Jenny wanted to make sure the piercings were as even as possible. Something permanent like this should be done thoroughly and with thought and precision and that's exactly how Jenny did it. My daughter wants to go back in a month and have Jenny change her earrings! I haven't gone to the new shop yet, but I've gotten multiple tattoos done by Joe and he always does amazing work. When I'm ready for my next I'm going there. And also Jenny has done most of my piercings and she is always so nice and professional and really knows what she's doing. I took my 5 year old (soon to be 6, as she would tell you), to get her ears pierced here! I researched online and found out just how bad piercing guns can be! So I went to my friends under 'Pittsburgh Moms' FB page asking for advice! NUMEROUS comments showed none other than Jenny!!! But they all said she had moved! I was on a mission to find her and I did!!!! Jenny was fantastic!!! She has patience like a saint! She was kind, patient, funny, most importantly my daught...er ADORED her!!! Came down on a Thursday to see if anyone had walk in time and decided to set up an appointment with Joe Bruce for a larger piece. Good music and plenty of comfortable seating greets you along with beautiful flash art covering the walls. Each individual artists portfolios and sketch books are front and center and ready for examination, and their talent and skill absolutely speaks for itself.
