Gone there for all my tattoos, sort of! Went in there last year and got an entire sleeve. Went back to start on another sleeve, but I had to get a cover up. Cover up went fantastic and am in love with my tattoos I've gotten. Gama was my artist and really did work hard at it. All of the artists are really talented, as well as the piercings! Will be going back for more shortly. The coverup, you could still see a cross in the photo I've attached, however there were 1, there was scarring from the tattoo from the previous artist at a different shop.. 2 you could barely see the cross now. I hate this place will never come here again or recommend it for anyone. My wife and I will never be here again. I made an appointment for a week later Sunday at 10 a.m. . Christian said he can be there at 10 a.m. . 10:15 a.m. he is coming out the shop in his motorcycle. I guess he lives there too.I'm looking at him he's getting on his bike acting like I'm just there to look at his shop. Then I ask Christian are you leaving because we have an appointment today. He said really... we do I said yes you were supposed to finish my lion. So he goes oh yeah well I'm sorry I got errands to run could we schedule for 6 p.m. today or tomorrow. I said I made this clear before as a truck driver I just can't do any other time I set Sunday up because that was my time off. Then he gets on the phone call somebody else up in the shop to see if they can do my tattoo. They said yes 2 p.m. and if I don't call them then 4:30. My whole Sunday was ruined I go in at 4:30 p.m. for the guy to overcharge me $650 to put hair on my lion to finish that part. I said nevermind instead since my wife was there I asked if he can do a sun and a moon on our engagement ring finger he said yes when we got done he said $110 for two little tattoos on our ring finger my wife didn't even get a whole Moon and hers cost more. Then that artist told me he will have Christian call me to set up for the next day which Christian did not at all. Come to find out Christian is horrible with that he doesn't carry a cell phone he doesn't honor his appointments it seems like he has his own shop he feels he made it and he has everybody doing everything he doesn't care he rides around Lancaster on his motorcycle who knows and who cares I don't It will be the first and last time I spent any money at this place. To get stuck up and overcharged no thanks. I found someone way better and he Prides himself in his work and he Prides himself that he is the cheapest tattoo artists out there that is also the illest. But I did notice they treat beautiful girls real nice they seem to honor that. Got my septum pierced here. The experience was wonderful. We were greeted when we came in and got everything done quickly and efficiently. Unfortunately I cannot remember the piercer's name but she was very friendly and great at her job! I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly and painlessly she got my piercing done. Courtland did a wonderful job, made me feel very comfortable and took everything I said into consideration.. this last tattoo was very important for me, as it was for my oldest brother who died in a trucking accident. Very poor service! When we walked in no one greeted us at all! Finally after about 10 minutes someone came up front and asked who I was waiting for. When I told her she told me he wasn't there at the moment, when earlier that day he called and confirmed with me. When he finally showed up, he decided to take a smoke break and chop it up with some girls out front. This is Christian, the owner btw. When we said something to him finally, letting him know it was bad business, he said "money ain't s*** and if you wanna leave you can leave". And that's exactly what I did. Amateurs! It's very unprofessional for business owner to not show up when someone had an appointment set up for over a month. Then his response is "things happen" with no remorse for the inconvenience. No shit, but common courtesy and common sense would tell someone if that's the case you call the customer, before they show up to your shop. Let them know personally that you decided to chill out of town and you were not going to be back in time. Very unethical business practice, never again. Read Less
