With tattoo shops popping up like weeds, Addictive Expressions is a rose amongst thorns. From the initial contact of an idea, to the finished product, Jen and her staff were beyond accommodating. Not once did I feel rushed or that my idea and thoughts were second rate. While in the shop, I felt as if I were part of the family. They made me feel as if my comfort was priority number one. They’re more than just machine operators, they’re ARTISTS and such respect for their level of talent is deserved! I live 40 minutes away from the shop but it’s well worth the drive. My wife and I went in to get matching tattoos by Jen yesterday, April 1st. It was her first my I haven't gotten any in over a decade. The quality is great, and the atmosphere is very relaxed. Spent about five hours there getting worked on back to back, with a minor break in between. It felt more like hanging out with old friends than getting a tattoo as we just talked away. Took a recommendation from a local friend and requested Jen to do a tattoo for me when I came up from Florida for a visit. Jen worked with me on a design that I was happy with and it turned out beautifully. I wish I could post a photo with my review. It was easy for me to find the shop being my first time going there ever. It's literally right on the side of the road. I just had my tattoo done on the 9th and it was a great experience. Wayne was great, and Emily as always was wonderful and accommodating. I loved this place. Jen is the artist, she's from a place in Lancaster (City) where she worked for several years. She's recently gotten this place that used to be Pair-a-dice. This was my first tat, so I was really unsure about the whole process. Jen, her apprentice, and the Riley who does piercings were are really nice and helpful with setting up the design. The place was immaculate and comfortable to hang out in. Jen was great doing the tattoos. And they turned out great! She requires a 20$ drawing fee/deposit, but it was totally worth it.
