Terrible customer service. I made a tattoo apt a month and a half in advance and when the time came to get the tattoo i was held in the lobby for a half hour past my apt time. So i ended up just walking out, thanks but no thanks, i will stick with Marcs Ps. After i posted this the artist who flaked on my apt called and harassed me rather than trying to rectify the ordeal. I called before I came over just to make sure there was a piercer available ,and there was! I was really stoked since I tried two other shops and there wat wasn't a piercer till Wednesday 😧.The shop was really clean and everyone was really kind and helpful. Keith pierced my nose and did an amazing job all the equipment was sterile and he explained every step of the way exactly what he was doing so I felt really at ease .If your thinking about getting a new piercing you should definitely try them. I like tattoos.  I like piercings.Bob Lewis is the best tattoo-er in the area... hands down.His skill is unmatched.  His prices are more than fair.  He's an artist, he will work with you, he will bullshit your ideas with you... he will make you an addict.Phil is one of the best piercers around, as well.. Quick and efficient, in and out, boom baby.The only thing that sucks about Stormi Steel?  The hours.  Yeah, they open at 2 pm?  More like 4 pm, or whenever they feel like opening.  So call ahead and make an appointment.
