General Info
Total Commitment Tattooing started in East Conemaugh in 2008. We have recently moved to the Ollies Complex in Richland around the corner from C Gil's Shoes. Total Commitment is a custom tattoo shop offering one of a kind pieces. We were voted Simply the Best Tattoo Parlor in 2014. Owner Frank Sandoval is also a medium and when he does memorial pieces for your loved ones he is able to connect you to them. He is referred to as "The Tattoo Medium." My daughter has gotten all of her tats at TCT. This was my first. Exactly what I wanted. I love it. Frank is an awesome artist & an all around great guy. I'll definitely be going back.

Frank is an amazing artist and person - this was my first tattoo and he was very gentle and it was pretty painless actually and I'm thrilled with the tatto in honor of my grandma

I felt at ease and was told step by step what to expect for my first tattoo. Mike did a fantastic job. I really liked that he asked if I was doing ok throughout the time I was there.

This tattoo shop is clean and has a nice vibe to its decor. Their Artists do amazing work and all are truly gifted in their craft. My only complaint is the fact that they require a deposit but yet won...
This tattoo shop is clean and has a nice vibe to its decor. Their Artists do amazing work and all are truly gifted in their craft. My only complaint is the fact that they require a deposit but yet won't draw up your tattoo ahead of time especially if it's a smaller tattoo. They also aren't as good at customer service as one would hope for in something so permanently placed on ones body. I got arrogant and snippy responses from their one tattoo artist because I got nervous of the fact that they were asking for my tattoo information again the day of my appointment because the papers that had my tattoo info on it was thrown away by an apprentice. I'm a very understanding person but tattoos should be drawn up ahead of time so if edits need to be made, they can be done before the appointment. On that note, If you can get past the rough exterior of their customer service, it's the place to go for brilliant tattoo artistry.

Mike did my tattoo of my kids names, and it came out better then I imagined. Absolutely plan on getting the next one done by him, and would recommend Total Commitment to anyone.

I absolutely love this place. I have gotten 95 percent of my tattoos by frank and they have all turned out amazing. I live in San Diego just recently loved here from Japan and I still make trips back ...

My only complaint is the fact that they require a deposit but yet won't draw up your tattoo ahead of time especially if it's a smaller tattoo.
