I'mFirst of all they make you pay for your tattoo before you even get it, that's sketchy. Then when I was brought back to the tattoo room it's was disgusting and didn't look like a sanitized work space at all. Then the artist left for a 20 minute cigarette break. Lastly to tell you how bad my tattoo is I got Roman numerals of the date my friend passed on my ribs it's IV IV MMXV and none of the V's or M's look the same. It looks very unprofessional all the other work I have done is top quality tattoos and now I have a bad quality tattoo I wouldn't recommend going here. There's better shops in townRead Less

I'm a student and called to see if the piercer was in, and she was, so myself and four friends popped in to get some piercings (three tragus, one nose, a rook and a cartilage) and they quickly did our paperwork and got us in the piercing room. The woman who owns the place was piercing us and she was great! I wish I remembered her name. She made us feel comfortable and was honest with us about how it would feel. (Nothing is more annoying than a piercer that says nothing hurts when they know everyone is different) The only negative is that they never went over after care with us or offered us any saline or cleaning solutions. Although I am familiar with piercing care, i would hope that they would always go over those things with there customers- especially since many of them are college students who just spontaneously decide to get a piercing. DO NOT RECOMMEND!! So my boyfriend and I wanted ring tattoos, we picked sacred ink and when we went in there, they weren't very friendly..told the guy what we wanted and he say ok sure no problem. We paid and waited......an hour went by, then two young girls walked in and got right in, NO WAIT, right ahead of us...(we had got the feeling if you weren't in there click they didn't want ya!) well, finally 1.5 hrs later we get our tattoos, half assed, a square on the top of our finger...our tattoo artist wanted to go eat and was in a hurry, I called and complained, we went back next weekend he atleast went to each side of the finger to look like a ring, but mine is a crooked and a big piece of it fell out, ruined, not deep enough already coming off....These that were so meaning full to us, just got ruined!!!!!  DON'T GO THERE! I'm super irritated. Called ahead to make sure the shop would be open to get my belly pierced at 10:30, shop doesn't close until 12am. It's very clean, friendly & amazing environment....Great work at a decent price, Only place i recommend For Tattoos or piercings... Always an enjoyable experience. I have had three completed tattoos, as well as one that is a currently a work in progress, all done by Ken Steele. One of which he drew directly on my shoulder. I am incredibly happy with everything I've gotten done at this shop. I have met all of the artists and they are very friendly and helpful. I even brought my younger sister in from Ohio for her first tattoo and it was a great experience. I would recommend this shop to anyone.Read Less

very unprofessional and disorganized. the only good thing about sacred ink is the price, its the cheapest option here but they are very mediocre. the tattoo portfolios are terrible. all the piercings ive gotten there terrible and the workers take regular breaks and come back in reeking of weed. never going back there. The guy that did my tattoo was rude, and condescending. Wouldn't recommend him (Ken). He didn't even cover it up when it was finished and didn't tell me how to take care of it. Overall I am pleased with my tattoo but the experience outweighs the end result. Go to another tattoo shop. Read Less
