Writing this review on behalf of my wife who was about to go in for her 4th tattoo. Plain and simple, these guys are the least accommodating people I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. For a tattoo shop to thrive you'd think customer service and keeping a reoccurring customer base would be important. However these guys decided that my wife's business and apparently her friends was not important enough to them. She just started a new job which wasn't a planned start. She had to come in later for the appointment that she scheduled or re-schedule. I would hope that be an easy enough task for them to manage, but she was met with no compassion or further resolution. They would not refund her deposit, move appointments or even give her the drawing that she basically commissioned with her deposit. When I called to see if I could get more answers I was called rude several times, which I'm not going to lie I was trying to keep my composure despite how she was treated. However it was incredibly hard to do so. I was asked what my age is because he must of thought this negative comment would of caught me off guard. But no after further explaining the situation and being talked over while trying to communicate I gave up and wrote this review. Funny how a little circumstance like trying to move an appointment turns into this cluster, but I can only hope my review helps steer people away from this place and to someone that actually cares about the people they deal with. Professionalism is lacking. Made an appointment with a friend and left a deposit for the two of us 3 weeks ago. Was not given the opportunity to discuss what I wanted but was told that 1 week before the scheduled appointment I will get a text so I can email images. 3 days prior to the appointment I still did not hear anything so I reached out to them. I emailed several images and explained what I was looking for. I later got a response that this would take a little longer than what they were thinking. I replied back asking is there anything else I should do (meaning does this need to be rescheduled?). I only got a text confirming the appointment so I assumed there was no issue. Showed up to the appointment and felt like they did not even look at the images sent. They did not even know what my friend wanted. After consulted with us, he drew up the tattoos and placed the stencil on my shoulder. I had wanted a constellation that was now on my body upside down. I said something and he clearly got mad, saying he didn't know what the little dipper looks like. If he would have looked at all the images I emailed prior to the appointment, he would have seen there was a picture of the little dipper enclosed as well. Needless to say he threw the Ipad and said he didn't have the time to draw it again and I would need to reschedule. The next available time would be in 5 weeks. I was upset that it would need to be rescheduled, but understood since this is something permanent and I want it perfect. As I waited in the front of the shop as my friend got hers I saw other customers come and go. After everyone of those customers left, the other tattoo artist and the guy working the desk talked poorly on each and every one of those customers! They were laughing at the customers ideas, and laughing about the questions they were asking. That's what crossed the line for me, I then cancelled my appointment and got my deposit back. They could give me the most perfect tattoo and I think I still would not be happy with the experience I had. I'm sure they were saying some real nice things about me after I left!
