These people are amazing, sweet, caring, charming, fun and above all else excellent at what they do. The shop is very well-kempt, immaculately clean and there's lots of great art, from the artists themselves, to marvel at in their waiting area. From the moment you walk in you're greeted by their office manager (I'd call her a receptionist, but that would be downplaying her role in helping the customers, artists and business overall). She will gladly answer your questions and hook you up with your artist of choice and help to schedule your appointments for drawings and getting the actual work done. I have personally been going to Ivy for my tattoos for years now and not once have I had a bad experience. Not only is she a stellar artist with a background in animation, but she will have you laughing and smiling the entire time. In fact I'm so pleased with Davidian overall and Ivy specifically that I booked my mother's first tattoo appointment there and with her. I mean what better endorsement is there? I love Davidian! All the artist are awesome, and the whole place is incredibly clean, yet super fun too. I had Ivy create the cutest little Chibi R2-D2 to commemorate the 40 year anniversary to the day of the release of Star Wars, and she did such an amazing job, and was so fun to talk to! I also love Amanda at the front desk. Super cool chick! I also have an appointment for January with Karly that I am so psyched for. I can't recommend Davidian enough! This is THE shop to go to! I have been going to Davidian for over 5 years now. Brian Donovan was recommended to me from 4 different people and after seeing his work on their bodies, I had to come and check him out. It has been one of the best decisions I have ever made! The shop is immaculate. The Artists are amazing and extremely personable. They are open to any suggestion you have as far as the work you want done and they are not afraid to tell you what will look great and what will not work. I r...espect that more than anything else. Brian has been working on me since the beginning but I have seen the growth of Ivy's ability. I have seen amazing talent enter the shop in the way of Karly. I currently have 1 complete piece from Brain and 1 that is almost complete. He is an amazing artist and what I would consider a great friend through the course of 5 years. The wait is somewhat long but trust me, in this case, you GET WHAT YOU WAIT FOR! There is a reason why they are so booked up...it’s because the work they do will have people stopping you on the street to see, discuss, and take pictures of…trust me, it has happened to me on numerous occasions. I wouldn't trust my skin to anyone other than Brian Donovan as he is by far the best Artist I have seen! I highly recommend Davidian to anyone who is looking for some serious ink! I want to thank Davidian and Karly for the GREAT tattoo. Better yet the great lasting impression of my vision. The people there are all friendly and attentive and personable. I have been in many studios and will definitely go back here for my work. I am saying this even though my appointment was @ 2 and we didn't start until 3. Best tattoo experience! I just finished my  last sitting for a shoulder tattoo with Ivy. This is my 6th tattoo and Ivy is by far the best artist that I've been to. She's meticulous about her work and won't tattoo you until you're happy.  She truly takes your idea and shows you the best version of that for a quality, lasting tattoo. I wouldn't go anywhere else for a tattoo.  Ivy and the rest of the staff are funny and outgoing and assure that you have a great experience.  Everyone is very experienced and knowledgable.  You can tell that all of the artists, Ivy in particular, are passionate about their work and true artists.  The shop itself is super clean and well maintained. I was tattooed by Karly and am in total love with it. I've have had it a week, no scabs, only shed for about a day and it is AMAZING! Everyone who sees it comments on how detailed and bright it looks! Couldn't have asked for a better design, artist and time!! Karly was phenomenal, down to earth all around great lady! Really made the 6 hours of tattooing and 8 hours in shop enjoyable. Everyone I got to interact with were wonderful. Everything from start to finish was great.
