After finally scheduling my appt to get my first tattoo, i sent the business what I was getting in plenty of time to get it sketched out. Upon the appt., when I walked in I was told that the sketch was not done and I had not contacted them. I called them 3 times the prior day, leaving two messages. Great artwork tho. Horrible management.
It made me feel as though it was my fault that they weren't prepared and that is why I will never be tattooed by this business.
