I took my 8 yr old granddaughter to Incognito to get her ears pierced, and from the moment we walked in Pattie was friendly and attentive. She showed Isi lots of earrings and helped her make a choice. We never felt rushed. Pattie explained everything she was doing and why she was doing it and really understood that she was dealing with a very nervous little girl. She made sure that Isi and her mom clearly understood how to care for her ears and showed them how to clean them. Isi loved Pattie and the whole experience. I wish there was a way to give zero stars. I got a piercing by Patty yesterday. She quoted me a price at the counter. I asked her how much extra it would be to change another earring for me and she said no extra. Once everything was done she charged me $74 dollars more than quoted price. I called later for the manager to get me my money back, (not all just the extra charge) she was rude and wouldn't do anything but defend her employees mistake. I work in this type of industry and I know you can't charge someone for something without letting them know and refuse their money back when asked. Read Less
