Excellent tattoo shop! David Hoover is an extremely talented artist. The shop was clean and bright and very comfortable. I was pleased with the tattoo I got and am proud to show off his work!

Ive gotten my 2 tattoos here and both lasted with no hassle i.e. (no pain or need for touch ups.) I go through dave everytime however shaynes cool too.

Fantastic place! Shayne is friendly and super-skilled - I absolutely love my Phoenix back piece. It's gorgeous! Everyone is polite there, and they have a fantastic sense of humor. :)

This is a great tattoo shop. And I should know, I have been to plenty of shops and have the tattoos to show for it. Shayne Carroll is a fantastic artist and a very accomplished tattoo technician. I've gotten modified flash from him, which went on quickly and was technically very good, great line quality and beautiful shading. And the custom work he's done for me has been superb. It fits my body and my personality. I feel like my chest piece has always been there, it suits me so well. My friends and coworkers have several pieces from David Hoover aka the other guy at Modern Vintage Tattoo and they're also fantastic works of art. I get so many compliments on the work I've gotten from Modern Vintage and I just can't recommend them strongly enough.

And this is why I would only choose Modern Vintage Tattoo for any work that I would like to have done. Not only are Shayne, David, Wes, and Bill purely professional, they show superior artistry with their tattoo designs that are often designed specifically for you. The shop is immaculately clean and brightly lit. BEST. TATTOOS. ON THE FACE OF THE PLANET.

This is a great tattoo shop. And I should know, I have been to plenty of shops and have the tattoos to show for it. Shayne Carroll is a fantastic artist and a very accomplished tattoo technician.
