I absolutely love this shop. I first walked through the doors about 6 years ago and I still continue to return (and not for lack of knowing other great shops - I just absolutely love Rich's work). Rich gave me a sleeve that people stop me to talk about every time I walk by. I couldn't be happier with the results and I ended up returning to him to extend it to my back, and he never fails to impress me. I look forward to getting another piece done by him - when you find an amazing shop and artist - you stick with them. Aside from the great work, RC's is very clean and I trust that the artists are doing everything they can to make the experience as pleasant as possible. Whenever I am getting tattooed, Rich is extremely accommodating and asks what kind of music I want to hear.. the shop really feels like home when you walk in. Read Less

Very nice employees, went in for a triple forward helix piercing, my ear had to be pierced 5 times !! An still was not right....at least 2 of 3 piercings was able to be saved.  Was offered a discount if I went back for the final piercing...No Thanks.Lesson learned ppl, don't go to someplace that just happens to be close.  Goto the place you always go !! Friendly staff. Excellent tatoo artists. Anything from small to large tatoo. Words, quotes. You name it they can do it. Bring in your own picture or portrait and you will not be disappointed. They piercings as well. Some of the nicest work I've seen has come out of this place. I personally would recommend anyone looking to get quality work done. Remember, you get what you pay for. This place is not overly expensive for the craftsmanship you receive here. They can even do free hand work. I have never had 1 complaint about any work I have received here. Check it out. When they were planning to move in many years ago, the local residents protested and petitioned to not allow them. There’s never been a peep from them since! I had a cartilage piercing done by them, and they unwrapped all the tools and the earring in front of me. They wore gloves and explained every step before they did anything. They even offered to change the piercing for me if I didn’t want the standard ring. RC took great care to provide after care instructions. I’ve had my piercing in for five years and haven’t had a single problem with it. UNCLE GERRY'S WIFE TIP: Ask all the questions you have before you have anything done. Went in to get a fix on a poorly done tattoo I got from some hack in Florida. I went to another studio near RCs and they said, "looks pretty good, not much we can do with that". No real tattoo artist would have thought that it was good the way it was. When I went to RCs, I showed it to Gibby. He had several ideas on what we could do with it. Then when I made the decision, he executed it perfectly and professionally. Price was very fair considering how much work he had to do to fix the mess that was there. Read Less

I would never again come here for a tattoo. I got my very first one done here. It was supposed to be a heart with a treble clef in it, placed just above my ankle bone on the outside of my leg. I can't remember the artist's name, but I gave him my rough drawing of it. The lines in my version were a little bit wonky because I'm not an artist. However you'd think the artist would straighten everything up, right? well no. The lines in the clef don't match up. And more over he scarred me up so badly in a few spots that even after three years parts are still raised. He messed up such a simple design so much that I had to have part of it fixed by another artist. Also be aware, you cannot bring anyone back with you unless you know the artist personally. I understand that it's cramped, but don't tell one person no and let another do it. I wish I could give 1.5 stars because I'd still recommend RC himself, but not anyone else in the shop. Read Less

Had a small tattoo done by Gibby.  He brought to life what I had envisioned and I was in and out in about 30 minutes.  These guys look pretty intimidating on their website, and they're pretty intimidating in real life too.  I kid...everyone was really nice and I'll definitely be back.FYI...shop minimum is $50.
