Very disappointed in this visit. I have multiple tattoos from different people in this shop and considered this my go to place. I showed the artist a pic of the font I wanted for a quote and he literally did not do one letter in that font style. Also the entire design concept for my tattoo was changed without my knowing. It looks fine after I went back that same day to get it fixed but the tatto has nothing that I originally wanted incorporated into it. Paid $250 and I'll still need to pay someone else to fix letters and add what I actually wanted. Read Less

I lost my best friend of 9 years and wanted a paw print tat as a memorial. Easy tattoo, but I am very picky. I settled on Valor Tattoo and couldn't have been happier. Valor Tattoo is a positively premiere tattoo shop in the Philly Suburb area. Every time I visit the shop, the staff is friendly and welcoming, but also knowledgeable and honest. You can tell that every person there is invested in their work, and want you to enjoy your experience as well. The shop itself has a laid back attitude, but is still kept pristine and clean. Typically they will put on music or movies while people are having work done. I've received most of a sleeve and a chest piece by Shane, who is an extremely talented and kind person. He is thoughtful, and takes my visions for my tattoos seriously, delivering top-notch work and dedication to perfection. I was very dissapointed at the lack of professionalism exhibited by sue. I was treated like a lower life form. Her attitude was that of a person who serverly lacks any sort of professionalism. Sue's attitude twords me was that of a person who was judging me and acting as if her position was above my meger existence. I am very hurt and angry that she decided she did not like me as a customer for whatever reason and yet took my down Payment and my money. I feel as though getting a tattoo is extreamly serious as well as permanent. You should be able to be professional enough to put aside your personal feelings and do your job not judge or decide you do not like a person when you've only met them for an hour. I was under the impression this was a business and wold conduct themselves as such. I cannot believe how small she has made me feel when I was deciding if she was the one good enough to put something permanent on MY body onlyto be rejected for further work. You would think I was an awful customer or had been disrespectful in some way. This is not true. That is not who I am. I am extreamly embarrassed and upset at Sue's personal decision of me or my character so much so she has negatively impacted my opinion of her as a professional. Read Less

She's super cool and people always give me compliments on her work. I had a cover up and the rest of a sleeve to finish. Friends of mine recommended valor and told me to ask for shane. I walked in a random day with my idea and he totally owned it from there. He didnt rush or just throw it together to get it done. He actually spent time on it and made it unique by changing some details. The work he did on the color is amazing. Shop is clean, artists are nice and I will definitely be back. I have 13 nice size pieces and it's been a while since I've been impressed. Keep it up valor! Read Less

Came here with my sister for my first tattoo.  Our artist was Cello and he was absolutely great.  As soon as he started, I started....freaking out that is.  He paused the tattooing, placed a cool rag on the back of my neck, gave me some soda (I hadn't eaten in 7+hours), and was very reassuring and non-judgemental.  Yay Cello! I originally had my mom's memorial tattoo done at a place in Langhorne. The artist's talent was average - the place was overrated and extremely overpriced. NEVER AGAIN. Trish is fantastic and has great artistic vision. She took my mom's memorial tattoo to a whole new level and at a great price. I toured to shop prior to my tattoo and was impressed with the professionalism, knoweldge and most important..cleanliness.
