Unprofessional and unscrupulous. I went to Gamble for a nose piercing and they did not have the ring that I wanted in stock so I put down a deposit on it - and this was 4 1/2 months ago. They said they would contact me when it came in. Nothing to date - I have left numerous messages with people that actually answer the phone, I have spoken with the piercer who said he will call me back (at least 4 times), and the past six weeks I have been calling and all I get is a machine. I know leaving a voicemail will be a waste of my time because they have not once returned the call even when I've spoken to a person who "promises" that they will return my call - what a joke. All I want is my deposit returned. And since it was put on a credit card I've been paying interest on it as well. The one time I actually got somebody on the phone to refund me, she made it so difficult that I had to call back with detailed info that I didn't have on hand, and I haven't gotten anyone on the phone since. Moral of the story: Don't ever leave a deposit for something at this place and expect to get your goods, services or your money back. You can just kiss it goodbye, since apparently that's what I'm going to have to do. I'm still going to try to get it back if anybody will ever answer the phone, but I'm sure since I left this review it's never going to happen. Buyer beware. Don't make the same mistake I did. This was a NIGHTMARE  my daughter and I we t here to get some piercings  done. We walked in and it seemed like a nice place so we walked up to the counter and checked out the pricing info for what we wanted done.Then we waited and waited for the guy behind the counter to get off  the computer and wait on us,which never happened.  I looked at my daughter after waiting over 10 minutes and said come on they evidently DON'T want our business. As we were leaving he stops typing looks up smiles at us and says "Have a nice day ladies "A Totally Condescending, and Sarcastic Unnecessary Comment. Needless to say we were LESS than Happy with their CUSTOMER  SERVICE.  I Personally will Never go back to the "Shop" and will Never say anything positive about Them to anyone I know. I highly recommend going to gamble for your art work they are amazing... I really love Kates art work she is amazing, but I would say Kenny is by far the best... my brother just got a tattoo and almost past out & let's just say he did an amazing job with taken care of the situation.... Read Less

I've been there twice. Will NEVER go back!! I had one done on my lower back that my daughter picked out, and she's (tattoo) cross eyed. Went back again after cancer and wanted my cancer ribbon done. Supposed to be green with tiger Lillie's. It's purple with what looks like cookie cutter flowers!! When I told the guy it was supposed to be green, he said he thought the purple would make it pop. If I could give gamble 11 stars I would. I have 3 tattoos done elsewhere that were fixed by Kate and have come out 100x better than expected, I also have a few tattoos and a piercing done by Kenny who is also great. After searching the area for the ideal place to get my tattoos done, I'm glad I chose Gamble. I've gotten work done by other shops and wasn't totally satisfied but after looking into the various artist's work here I knew it was a good move. Gamble is an awesome tattoo shop, they're very professional and do great work.  The staff is always friendly and helpful. I love getting my ink here. I get my work done by Kat. The work area is always clean. She has her certifications and knows her stuff. Her creativity is the best. All of the artist are friendly and will answer any questions. They will also give you the truth, such as the piece being to small, big,  or in a spot that won't optimize what you are trying to achieve. My mother, my sister and myself have all gotten our ink done here and love it. I highly recommend getting your artistic creativity done in quality inks by the cool artist and Gamble. Read Less

Got my first tattoo in Nov 2013 by Jason (Jay) on my side. He was very patient and explained everything he was doing to ease any fears. This place looks great when you walk in. The art work looks good but the only thing I didn't like about this place was that they had ONE work station that was dead center in the back of the shop. When I went in a girl was getting a tattoo done on her shoulder blade and was moaning and cursing due to the pain. It made me wonder wether if she just couldn't take the pain or if the artist was not doing it correctly. Eventually, after about 5-10 minutes, we left. We got inked somewhere else. Read Less

well first off maybe i shouldn't have received a piercing from a tattoo convention but it wasn't a great experience....the female i was pierced by seem sort of professional at the time, and after having it pierced i wasn't given any type of after care instructions, then 2 days after having my septum pierced from her i couldn't seem to flip it into my nose and i was in alot of pain, so i called a local piercing shop near me in philadelphia......as it turns out my piercing was done thru my cartilage which was the wrong place to be pierced and they also told me the jewerly was all wrong for my nose. so in the end i had to be re-pierced. i suggest not getting pierced there unless you want to pay another shop to have it re-done.......
