At the ripe old age of 72, I decided to get my very first tattoo for my birthday.  I was first impressed by the shop itself, which is large and very clean.  I loved their set-up which included very comfortable seating and lots of beautiful artwork to enjoy while waiting, which I believe is all or mostly for sale.  The next thing that impressed me was the efficiency of their staff in welcoming and setting up the customers for their service, which included very friendly treatment.  Last, but certainly not least, was the talent of the young man who provided my first tattoo.  His name is Isaac, and I am more than happy to recommend him to anyone, especially a first-timer like myself.  He was so very patient with me.  And what he accomplished has won a great many praises from my friends and family.  So all in all, two thumbs very high up for this location and this particular artist.  I just may go to him again for a second tattoo one day. I got a tattoo here from Lauren. It wasn't my first, but it was really really painful and i was having hard time staying still. Understandably, she was getting pretty annoyed when i asked to stop every couple minutes near the end. She kept telling me how annoying it was and how no one ever moves when she tattoos. To be fair, she pretty young and probably doesn't have much experience or patience with people. But it was definitely not helping. I kept asking her to try doing it with me sitting instead of laying down and she kept telling me it wouldn't help. Eventually one of the more experienced artists told her just to try it and (as i told her) it helped me stay still easier. Anyway, a couple weeks later I emailed her twice to finish it, no reply. Then i called the shop to see if someone else there could do and they said yes but i haven't heard back. Since then i visited a few shops to see who could finish the tattoo and touch it up and bit and every single tattoo artist who saw it said how crappy the work was- they said there was a bunch of varying thickness of lines, and that there was only one clean line im the entire tattoo. I honestly wouldn't even care about the tattoo being kinda crappy if she wasn't so rude. So im pretty disappointed in my entire experience here! The only reason this isn't 1 start is because everyone else there was super nice and chill. Hopefully she can work on her bedside manner and work otherwise a lot of people will probably not ever be returning to m&m. Read Less

This is my 5th tattoo I have gotten at M&M and they always provide a very clean and comfortable environment, as well as excellence service! Everyone who has tattooed me at M&M's has always done a fantastic job, But I was blown away at the costumer service I received this time from Issac. Issac called me and worked with me over the phone and e-mail (since I live in Colorado) to get the design I wanted. When I told him how small I wanted the tattoo he was honest with me and said that I would lose a lot of the details. I really appreciated how he worked with me to get a size I was comfortable with but still looked beautiful.  He made sure to let me know that he had set aside plenty of time for my tattoo (and my sisters) so he could really make sure I was happy with the finished product. Issac is very easy to talk to and he understood the vision I had for my tattoo which made me very comfortable with letting him add the details and shading he thought would look best. I am very happy I trusted him, my tattoo turned out better than I imagined.  It is obvious Issac is very passionate about his art and he loves what he does- I would 100% recommend going to him for a tattoo!
