I got my first tattoo at trident a week ago and i was terrified. The staff was pretty friendly and brandon did an awesome job. Its just a little guy on my shoulder blade but i absolutely love it and i cant stop looking at it. He was pretty gentle and it looks great. These guys are absolutely awesome! Received a sweet tattoo from Sam at the Pittsburgh Tattoo Expo and had a great time! Totally nerded out about Star Wars and other great pop culture while hanging with them. Sam had great line work and excellent color! Would 10/10 get another tattoo from him! Tyler hooked up both my wife and daughter with their first tattoo this weekend and both could not be happier with the results. He took their initial idea and discussed the pitfalls of applying it to skin and let them make up their own minds. Afterwards he worked with them on a new design which turned out perfect. A couple days later he took my own personal design and put his own spin on it. Three hours later and it is one of my top two fav tattoos. Read Less

I cannot think of a negative thing to say about this place. The artists here are great guys, and just that, artists! I have been getting work done by Mike Cooper for years now, and think he is awesome. Just fan-freakin-tastic work on me, my wife, some family, and even some friends. I stopped in yesterday to check Trident out on the recommendation of a friend. I had a design in mind 'just in case' and ended up leaving a short time later with my new ink, courtesy of Sam Shank! The shop was clean, the guys were all nice and since they made me feel so comfortable I'll be back with a few friends in tow soon. The price was really reasonable too, which was awesome! Read Less
