My tattoo artist wasn't who I had origannally talked to on the phone. When I went in for my consultation I had talked to someone else instead and I'm absolutely satisfied with the work he's done. I am beyond thankful for the opportunity I had to have an appointment with Kyle. He did an amazing job, I couldn't love my tattoo more. He's super friendly, understanding, he's got a light hand, very swift but precise with his pieces, and I only had to sit for (i think) about three and a half hours before we we're entirely finished. I did not get a tattoo at this location. I only got a piercing here, but the place was clean and comfortable to be in, and the staff were really nice. I've had tattoos and piercings from other tattoo parlors in the past, and it's been my experience that more often than not, staff at these parlors are incredibly aloof or sometimes are just straight jerks. This place is absolutely fantastic. My brother has gotten work by Kyle for years and it's terrific. Kyle has done 1 of my tattoos, but I have gotten most of my work done by Sarah.
