I’ve been going here consistently for almost two years and I leave happy every time. I always see Sean Roche. He’s a true artist. Most times when I go in I’ll have either a slight idea of what I want or like last time no idea at all, and he helps me find something that works for me. He’s blended my first two tattoos that I got when I was 18 at other shops that were always my least favorite into a half sleeve that I am proud to say is my current favorite piece on my body. 100% satisfied I had Sean do my tattoo and he was very good it was my first big tattoo and he was gentle the shop is nice and clean they make you feel comfortable... the prices are a little higher but the quality is great you gotta pay more for better quality I would rather pay more for something that will be on my body for life... definitely going back for more tatts Read Less

Went and got a full color sleeve by Pastor and was well worth it. Part of my sleeve was a cover. He worked with me on my idea and gave good suggestions on where to take it. Shawn has tattooed me and multiple members of of my family always I mean always so chill and relaxed one of the coolest guys you will ever meet . I loved this place. I went and got my first tattoo here and was super surprised at how professional they are. Having never been in a tattoo shop, I expected a much different, slightly dirtier experience. But these guys are professional. No trash laying around, clean shop, relaxed vibe, good music, and very talented artists. I was seen almost immediately, got a two inch Celtic Knot, took 15-20 minutes, they taught me how to take care of it, and bing, bang, boom... done. It's almost healed and looks amazing. I accidentally ended up in your shop last year while looking to get a tattoo for my granddaughter and myself... Past did such an amazing job that I went back 7 or 8 times this year alone and I'm not done yet! I have brought family and friends and even recommended the shop to total strangers that have commented on my art. I have had nothing but EXCEPTIONAL EXPERIENCES at Louder than Bombs and would even think about going anywhere else! The people complaining about the sticker have no idea how that works... the shop DOES NOT post them anywhere HAPPY CLIENTS DO. I myself have handed out dozens of them in my area. That is in NO WAY the shops responsibility and they shouldn't be be held responsible for where people put them. The shop is always immaculate and I KNOW they would never disrespect the neighborhood. The only place I will go is here. The people here are friendly, knowledgeable & talented. All these comments below claiming the business is defacing others' property is bs. Sean R. has done all but 5 of my tattoos. He's like family and always makes sure I am comfortable and happy. He works with you and gets so into the project that it makes you feel safe that he's the person putting a work of art on your body forver. He is the kindest guy and his work is phenomenal.  I will never go to another artist and the fact that he just bought this shop is great. It's hard to review a tattoo shop, because at the end of the day, it's not really the shop you're reviewing, it's the ink.Having said that, this review is really for Jasmine Morrell, who tattooed me this past Saturday, but I'll briefly touch on the shop.I've been to five different tattoo shops now, all very different, but all the same if you know what I mean.  Universal Mind is extremely small for a tattoo shop, but it was also very clean, bright, not a dive in any sense.  They has a waiting couch with some good ink magazines and some good punk rock on in the background.  That's it for the shop.As far as Jasmine is concerned, she was terrific!  Jasmine had been running a Groupon special for her work (I got two hours for $115 bucks, a steal!) and I decided, 'what the hell.'  I had been wanting a Philadelphia Union/Sons of Ben tattoo for a couple of years now and it was finally time.  I asked Jasmine through email if she would be kind enough to design something for me.Well, she did and the design she came up with was absolutely awesome!  When it came time to tattoo at the shop, we went over questions and concerns about the design.  She was extremely honest with her opinions on how it should be done and I agreed.  We went ahead, and three hours later, I had my dream tattoo.Now during the process, I had to lay on my side the whole time, something I had never had to do.  I've had multiple surgeries on my ankle and leg, as well as some shoulder issues so it wasn't the best feeling along with getting a tattoo (which don't hurt).  However, Jasmine made sure that I was comfortable, chatting me up during the process to take my mind off of it.  She was a constant pro.I have to say that from here on out, Jasmine is going to be my go-to artist.  I highly recommend her to anyone thinking about getting new ink.
