This studio had been recommended to me, and I was considering it along with 2 other shops for my next tattoos and recoloring an old one that was not well done. When I called about appointments, the man who answered the phone was extremely rude and nasty. I was told that they do not do appointments over the phone, and to just stop in to discuss what I wanted. While I understand requiring a consultation, because how long a session is needed can be difficult to determine by phone, I was caught off guard at the way I was informed of this as compared to the other studios I have called (which let me know when the best time to come in for a consult), and from the information that is available on Accents in Ink's website, which makes it sound as though consults are scheduled. I then asked how far out they are booking. How busy a shop helps tell me how good they are, which would help me decide where I am going to go. So I said that if they are booking 3 or 4 months out, I would like to know before I came in. I still believe this to be a reasonable question, and one that other locations have not had a problem answering. However, he started to yell at me, told me I was not worth his time, and not to even bother to come in before hanging up on me. Quite an unexpected, and shocking reaction to a simple question. Also very telling also to how they actually value customers. I don't care how good they are, I will be taking my business elsewhere, and telling those that referred me here of my experience.

I am 41 and got my 1st tattoo today. I wanted our anniversary date with our initials ( today is our 9 year anniversary). I was very nervous but Bob's fresh ideas and clean tools made me feel at ease. ...
I am 41 and got my 1st tattoo today. I wanted our anniversary date with our initials ( today is our 9 year anniversary). I was very nervous but Bob's fresh ideas and clean tools made me feel at ease. It didn't even hurt!!!! He's a great guy I highly recommend!

I have no tats, and no interest in getting any. I told them this. I wanted to understand tattoos, why people get them, risks and complications of getting or removaing them. I said Daughter(a minor) had expressed an interest, and there was absolutely no way I'd consent. I just wanted to understand. He thought THAT was cool. The tattoo artist, a man, was great. He was thorough, a true professional,ink. passionate about his art, and very nice. He showed me (extensive) examples of his work. It was beautiful.He answered every question in detail, in no hurry, even though it was clear I don't want ink. Period. I thoght THAT was cool.Though I didn't become a customer, I would have no problem recommending this studio.

Have known Bob for a number of years, my gift shop was right down the street, so it was easy to walk up and check out Accents In Ink. Bob did my first real tattoo, and I went back for several more and sent many friends to his place. I was horrified to see that a "no experience" set of guys opened up almost directly beside his shop; which has been in the same location for at least 15 years. It is unbelievable disrespectful, so I wanted to write this review so people will not be confused as to who they should go to for a great tattoo! Much love and respect...Patti K RNC PhD

I honestly wouldn't go anywhere else. I've had four tattoos done by Bob. All phenomenal. His prices are great and of course the tattoos are wonderful. Last tattoo I got he actually touched up the rest of them without a charge. He's always been very nice and honest about how the tattoos going to look. They always heal up wonderfully as well. As for the shop, it's very sterile... cool wall art and definitely good music (classic rock usually)! DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!

Had an appt. set up to get over $1000.00 worth of work done. Went in to see the work the first time and the shop had closed early so Bob was not around. The next day when the tat was scheduled to be done i had talked to bob by phone and he told me that i could come down and check out the artwork and we could set up another day to have the work done. i told him i would be leaving in 15 or 20 minutes. 25 minutes later he calls my phone drops about 5 or 6 f bombs and hangs up on me for not being at the shop yet. When i call him back to ask if he is joking he continues to drop f bombs and hangs up on me yet again after stating that he has a wife and kids and cant wait around for me....even though the shops hours are until 7pm...and it was 430pm. I would not recommend letting someone who acts in this manner towards his PAYING customers to stick a needle in my skin. Will NEVER go back or Recommend.

Three years ago I got a tattoo by Bob at Accents in Ink. It healed beautifully and still looks perfect. Last week I got tattoos number three and number four, both are healing well and I adore them. Its always a pleasure to talk with Bob, he is knowledgeable and experienced and he does excellent work. I highly recommend this shop for its cleanliness and its artistry. I won't go anywhere else!

This studio had been recommended to me, and I was considering it along with 2 other shops for my next tattoos and recoloring an old one that was not well done. I honestly wouldn't go anywhere else. I've had four tattoos done by Bob. All phenomenal. His prices are great and of course the tattoos are wonderful. Last tattoo I got he actually touched up the rest of them without a charge. He's always been very nice and honest about how the tattoos going to look. They always heal up wonderfully as well. Three years ago I got a tattoo by Bob at Accents in Ink. It healed beautifully and still looks perfect. Last week I got tattoos number three and number four, both are healing well and I adore them. Its always a pleasure to talk with Bob, he is knowledgeable and experienced and he does excellent work. I highly recommend this shop for its cleanliness and its artistry. I won't go anywhere else!
