A few friends, my mom and I went here for the flash sale they had on July 6th and while there was a long wait (which was understandable considering the $40 tattoos) I was very pleased with how everything was handled. The girl at the front was very pleasant and helpful, she got the stencils prepared and ready to go. Levi did a great job on all of our tattoos and was very friendly and explained everything well. Went for their Friday the 13th fash tattoo event and they had over 100 people there to get a tattoo. They were very professional, clean, and somehow pulled off non stop tattooing from noon to almost 8:30 a.m the following morning! We loved everything about this shop! Everything was very neat and clean, the staff was hilarious, the art was amazing, the atmosphere was intoxicating, even the building itself is awesome. Our artist was extremely knowledgeable, patient, thorough, extremely clean and on task. He took his time with us and even though we were just "walk-in's" he gave us his full attention and made sure we got exactly what we wanted. The Ink Vault is really awesome, I just recently got a beautiful tattoo done by Levi. All of the artists are so friendly and talented and the place is very clean. I came here to get my Tragus and rook pierced. I was happy about the two for one price. I cannot remember the name who pierced me but his work station was the one in the vault area. I was upset leaving as he did not pierce my rook he did my conch instead. I let this go as it has now grown on me some. But I also noticed he pierced my Tragus so close to the edge that it could be ripped out very easily. Now four months later it has ripped out and I am mad I have wasted the money for something I wanted and turned out wrong and now a piercing that did not last. Read Less
