I highly recommend this tattoo and piercing place I got my ears pierced for a second time and she said I was the best customer of the entire week! Five stars isn’t enough!

I have been going to Pyramid for a while now, Ray has done an excellent job on three tattoos for me so far. He is super creative and executed the tattoos well. My daughter has had a nose piercing and tattoo there as well, it was a great experience. I recommend Pyramid to anyone looking for a nice clean place with amazing artist!! Can’t wait for my next tattoo!!!

Tattoo shop and artists are great. The piercer, not so much. I'm never one to leave a bad review places but I'm so frustrated with my situation. I had the lady who pierced me change my nose ring jewlery. She put in a ring and attempted to pinch it closed. Not only did it deform the ring and make it look oval, she left a gap in it and now the gap is now in the piercing hole and the ring is stuck in my nose. Now I have to wait until she is back in the shop to have it taken out and pay to have it pierced somewhere else in 2 weeks. There's no reason this should have happened.

I got my tongue pierced and it was very uncentered and to the left. I went back again about an hour later to get it re pierced and centered. She messed it up again. No refund, they dont care. I do not recommend this place for any type of piercing. Also very not professional.

Bad vibes from the aggressive, old tattoo artist in the store when he immediately yelled at me for saying hello. Through discussing the design I wanted on MY body he was overly critical and rude, trying to push his own ideas on me. Wouldn't accept my ideas and didn't want to put his "name" on my work...complete arrogance. There might be other artists there that are more pleasant, I'm just disappointed with this encounter. I left w/o getting the work done because I felt so uncomfortable.

This was my first tattoo, he was so gentle that I actually fell asleep during the process. If I should ever get another, I wouldn't hesitate to go back. This tatoo is very sentimental to me, he gave me exactly the beautiful tatoo I requested.

Caktis is such a great professional artist and his work proves it. My tattoo is gorgeous!! I will go back to him for future tattoos. The price depends on what you get. The shop is clean. Caktis uses his own tools and keeps it clean. Being a nurse, I look for things like that. Great artist!

I have been going to Pyramid for a while now, Ray has done an excellent job on three tattoos for me so far. He is super creative and executed the tattoos well. My daughter has had a nose piercing and tattoo there as well, it was a great experience. I recommend Pyramid to anyone looking for a nice clean place with amazing artist!! Can’t wait for my next tattoo!!!

Tattoo shop and artists are great. The piercer, not so much. I'm never one to leave a bad review places but I'm so frustrated with my situation. I had the lady who pierced me change my nose ring jewlery. She put in a ring and attempted to pinch it closed. Not only did it deform the ring and make it look oval, she left a gap in it and now the gap is now in the piercing hole and the ring is stuck in my nose. Now I have to wait until she is back in the shop to have it taken out and pay to have it pierced somewhere else in 2 weeks. There's no reason this should have happened.

Bad vibes from the aggressive, old tattoo artist in the store when he immediately yelled at me for saying hello. Through discussing the design I wanted on MY body he was overly critical and rude, trying to push his own ideas on me. Wouldn't accept my ideas and didn't want to put his "name" on my work...complete arrogance. There might be other artists there that are more pleasant, I'm just disappointed with this encounter. I left w/o getting the work done because I felt so uncomfortable.
