Awesome service , had a tattoo done by joe . I was able to get my tattoo the same day I called , since I expressed my urgency to get it . I know people that have gotten tattoos and are familiar with shops , is that customers really appreciate a nice clean shop. The art was amazing , from wall to wall. I have followed Josh through several tattoo shops and Mastle is definitely my favorite. It is small and comfy. I've been meaning to write a review for this place for a while. I had gotten my first tattoo when I was 18 (dove on my hip) then a few years later I got my 2nd one (trinity on my elbow)..both here. I was extremely nervous but the staff never made me feel intimidated. (Oh and I also got my nose pierced here too!)I can't remember the name of my tattooer but he was very professional and wasn't off putting or pushing me to talk (which is a problem I have sometimes when I go to services like hairdressers etc). He gave me specific instructions on how to care for it and the tattoo was done very efficiently. The price was very reasonable and that's what made me go back for my 2nd one. I printed out a shape for them to do exactly on my arm and they replicated it perfectly (I REALLY wish I remembered his name because he did both of mine really well).My tattoos were pretty simple and I've heard of some tattoo artists at other places scoffing at designs when they feel like they aren't "artsy" enough but this place didn't do that at all. This place is very sterile, throw away equipment, privacy and skilled artists with an education in Art.  I wont go anyplace else. never needed a touch up and heals fast. I was quoted a price while on vacation and I waited because I knew I could get my tattoo done in Akron for so much less money and much finer art. I've been going to Mastle for a few years now, specifically Eileen. The shop itself is always clean and very well kept. All of the artists are friendly and laid back and it's the perfect environment for getting tattoo'd. If you're anything like me, you want to feel completely comfortable and at ease when going in for some work, Eileen has always worked with me on ideas and offers up her own ideas as well. I believe her work speaks for itself, she is an artist outside of tattooing and I feel that makes for the best of tattoo artists.
