I had the most amazing experience with Delan. I gave my complete trust to him in designing a tattoo to start my sleeve, and couldn’t have made a better decision. Delan is very professional and uses only the best and up-to-date materials during and after tattooing. He is talented and passionate, and was just as excited about my tattoo as I was. Overall, it was an awesome, pumped up session and I truly had no idea I could have such an amazing experience and be so in love with my tattoo. I have the most beautiful piece of artwork on my skin now and can’t wait for Delan to custom design my next tattoo!

I have been looking for a really good tattoo artist for some time now. I finally settled on a quick Yelp search "best tattoo artist in Salem" the underground tattoo parlor popped up with five stars. I called and spoke to Cody, sent him my design ideas and set up an appointment... A week later, Cody shows me a one of a kind design created from the inspiration collage of pictures I found on Pinterest. Super beautiful and more than I expected. The environment was really chill, his demeanor was really relaxed and made me feel comfortable and confident that I picked the right person for the job. I've finally found my go to guy for all my future tattoos. He explained the aftercare and what was to be expected in the coming days.

I drove all the way from Vancouver, WA for his work and I am so pleased. I suggest anyone near and far to get the art of their dreams at Ink Underground!

I came for a tattoo on my arm. Joshua was able to design and execute my tattoo the same day. I found the price reasonable, the shop clean and sanitary, and the work excellent. I also appreciate his policy of free touch ups for the first year. I would definitely use him again if I was looking to get another tattoo.

I was beyond impressed seeing Delan's work online and contacted him to get some more information. I was slow to commit to schedule an appointment and contacted him a few times. He always responded so quickly and was so kind. Then, time for my appointment and he was so patient and really took the time to get to know me and understand exactly what I wanted. This guy really is top notch, so respectful and professional and truly an amazing artist! Seriously don't go anywhere else, how work is more than worth the wait.

If you are looking for a great place to get a tattoo done in Salem, look no further. I've just gotten my first tattoo done at Ink Underground by Delan. The shop is very clean and the artists clean their work station thoroughly between each client. The artists will work to whatever kind of piece you want to create without any issue. I honestly feel like I've been absolutely spoiled by finding such an awesome, chill, talented, down to earth artist. Lolly seems like a really genuine person as well as a wonderful artist, I would definitely go to her for a future tattoo.

His rates are fair for the high quality work he does but I will caution that he books up far in advance. So don't expect to walk in and him be available for a tattoo right then. That's a testament to his work.

Delan is very professional and uses only the best and up-to-date materials during and after tattooing. He is talented and passionate, and was just as excited about my tattoo as I was. Overall, it was an awesome, pumped up session and I truly had no idea I could have such an amazing experience and be so in love with my tattoo. If you are looking for a great place to get a tattoo done in Salem, look no further. I've just gotten my first tattoo done at Ink Underground by Delan. The shop is very clean and the artists clean their work station thoroughly between each client. The artists will work to whatever kind of piece you want to create without any issue. I honestly feel like I've been absolutely spoiled by finding such an awesome, chill, talented, down to earth artist. Lolly seems like a really genuine person as well as a wonderful artist, I would definitely go to her for a future tattoo.

Delan is a great artist and works magic. He's very friendly and works very hard to draw you the perfect tattoo. His work is fantastic and I'm glad I decided to use him for my tattoo's. His rates are fair for the high quality work he does but I will caution that he books up far in advance. So don't expect to walk in and him be available for a tattoo right then. That's a testament to his work.

This experience was ideal.. Unfortunately in past drunken stupors, I have a couple of bad tattoo stories under my belt. Delan was definitely worth the wait and a pleasure to do business with. Delan and Loli are excellent. It has been years since my last tattoo, Delan made the process super easy and virtually painless. The shop is very clean, both artists are super chill and friendly. Delan had a ton of feedback for me and really worked with me to get me what I wanted. I will be going back for sure and will recommend this place to everyone I know.
