Three of us went to Desire Ink hoping for same day tattoos. Jared was able to see all of us in the afternoon. I had a picture of what I wanted and Jared did an amazing job of turning it into a work of art on my body. In my opinion, the tattoo is even better than the picture. Yesterday I got two tattoos done by Jared. One was just a few words the other a picture. He originally thought it would take about 1 3/4 hours but it only took 1 hour. So it came out cheaper! He put the stencil on my wrist on 3 times until he felt it was centered. Read Less

I love tattoo's however I was nervous about getting another after 12 years. Jared was great. He was calm, honest, and friendly and he is a great artist. I just wanted something small and he didn't scoff or put down the idea. I love that everyone has such amazing talent and skill. Just about everyone in my family gets their work done here. I've gotten 4 tats from 2 of the artists and I have plans for more. The shop is clean and well organized. The artists follow all requirements for sterilization and they provide excellent after care instruction. Aaron is AMAZING. I spent quite a while Facebook stalking his work (Tattoos by Aaron Carey) before I took the plunge into a wrist/forearm tattoo. After a couple months of continually being impressed, I made my appt. The shop is clean and bright, not creepy or sketchy like others I've seen.My first tattoo in 10 years, so I was a little nervous. He was quick, but did quality work. And he is now "my guy" forever. He is booked out a ways in advance because he's so good, but I am SUPER STOKED to go see him in June for another piece that I am asking him to put together for me.BTW... A coworker had joined me for my wrist tattoo experience because she was curious and wanted a few herself. So far I'm pretty sure she has returned to have 3 done, and is scheduling her 4th.
