Very very disappointed. I went in tonight to get some new jewelry, and get it put in. The purchase process goes well enough, even though the woman helping me was helping another person at the same time, and half ignoring me, I was able to find what I wanted and purchase it. I ask if I can have the jewelry put in, and the woman behind the counter says they can, it'll just be a moment as both their chairs are full and they just need to empty one so I can be helped. Okay, no big deal, I go sit and wait. For forty minutes. Watching at least one group who arrived after me go back, and then I hear a number called, and somebody else goes back. So, I go up to ask what's up, I didn't get a number, didn't even realize I needed one. So, the woman behind the counter says, oh, I totally forgot about you, that's on me, and then offered to get me into a chair next, I told her I had things to do, errands to run, and I couldn't wait around, so she offered to do it right then and there herself, but she was the only person behind the counter at that point, and the way she was holding herself and acting made it seem like I was inconveniencing her, for her mistake. I wasn't going to ask her to do it. She offered that I come in on Tuesday, their next open day. Did I mention that my birthday is tomorrow, and I wanted to change them out for my birthday? That idea was ruined right then and there. I'm not the type of person who likes to have a scene made around them, and how lightly she took wasting 40 minutes of my time really irritated me. I work in customer service, and I would never respond to a customer in that way, especially in that situation. You can't just forget about customers. I never want to go back. I'm looking for another location that can change my jewelry for me. What a terrible experience. :( Read Less
