Appalling. Horrendous. With out a doubt the worst service I have ever experienced. I was ignored by every artist in the shop. They all walked past me a dozen times and would not even look at my face. I got a tattoo done today by Abraham and he was amazing! He listened to what I had to say and gave great advice. I definitely recommend him! I was also very impressed with the shop and the other tattooers as well. Every customer that came in while I was there left extremely happy and you could tell they had a great bond with their tattooer and were repeat customers. John is a great artist. I've gotten 2 tattoos from him. In both cases, I described vaguely what I wanted and he created beautiful designs for me. He won't sell you any bull, so don't expect to be coddled. He tells it like it is, which is a valuable quality in a tattoo artist (imho). Will definitely be back for more. Read Less

My friend and I came in for matching tattoos and we both have never gotten a tattoo before. We met with John and discussed size location and price. Finally we started the process and I couldn't be happier with the finished product. Despite all these reviews claiming "bad attitude", it felt like he was being more straight up and honest. Bullshit doesn't fly here and I love that. My tattoo took a bit longer and I don't do well with needles so he let me put in earbuds and I felt comfortable. Unfortunately I don't live in Oregon but everyone here in Massachusetts is asking about my Douglas fir! I had a tattoo done here in 5/7 by Zack, and he did an amazing job! He is very friendly, and makes sure that the work looks it's absolute best before sending you out the door. I went to him with a concept photo, asked to add on a stag, and told him to have fun with the colors. It turned out better than I could have imagined. Amazing tattoo experience. Friendly and good hearted people that were just down to earth. Wife and I was a morning walk in and Rich kindly helped us check with all the artist to see if they had time to fit us in. Zach said he would be able to help us after his first appointment, when we came back Zach hand drew both mine and my wife's tattoos and did a more then amazing job with his concepts and skill.
