I came in for a nostril piercing. They were quick and professional and answered every single question I had about problems I was having with other piercings. Extremely patient with my ramblings. They made sure I got the exact jewelry I wanted, the actual piercing process was awesome. He talked to me to keep the anxiety level down. I chose Karma because of the ratings here... But honestly I wondered if it was due to "friends" rating.. I can assure you, it's not. I took my daughter here to get her nose pierced and my ears stretched. Mike was phenomenal! Made her feel super comfortable and explained everything! Then he noticed they charged me for piercing my wars and he was only stretching them. He asked her to give me $60 back. He definitely didn't have to do that and I never would have known... I had a daith piercing done today by Ben. It was a wonderful, seamless experience. Ben had me at ease and did such a quick and smooth job----it's about 6ish hours later, still no pain or discomfort. He was patient with me as I explained that I wanted to try this for migraine relief and wanted something simple and not flashy. The only other piercings I've had were double ear piercings on each ear done years ago. I am hopeful this helps, but at the very least, I have a cool piercing :). I highly recommend Karma for the cleanliness and the staff I had contact with.....but, I went knowing I would ask for Ben. He did not let me down! Thanks so very much! Thanks Mike for the beautiful purple Diamond dermal in my cleavage. I absolutely love it! The inside and outside is both very clean and comfortable. The wait was not too long even though there was three people ahead of me and just one piercer working. Not to mention it was reasonably priced. And Mike informed me that when I am ready to change my purple Diamond to a regular Diamond it will only be $10 and he will change it for me for free. Which is awesome because it is next to impossible to change dermals by yourself. Ask for Mike! He's kickass! He's done all my piercings and I'm never disappointed whenever I leave with new metal in my face. The whole studio is very relaxed and very clean. I did much research after deciding to get my forward triple helix piercings. My trusted piercing place was shut down and was referred by several friends to go to Just Another Hole. I was disappointed to find out that they refused to do all 3 piercings in one sitting due to causing so much trauma to my ear and advised me to wait 6 weeks between piercings. This was also disappointing since their website even gives prices for this particular piercing. I went ahead and got the first piercing done; however the Piercer did not give me correct follow up care, explaining that since I had other piercings and knew what to do and was extremely disappointed at that point. I luckily vented my frustration to a co-worker who referred me to Karma! Best decision! I spoke with Piercer, Jesse and walked me through everything and before even paying, gave me proper follow up instructions and products. Jesse is definitely a perfectionist and took and hour to ensure the best and was consulting with other piercer's. Jesse explained they go to classes to learn the most up-to-date technology in this art. I understand that Just Another Hole may have a method to their madness, but was not for me. I will refer anybody to Karma and especially Jesse for any piercing! My piercings are looking great and very happy with Karma's professionalism! Read Less

This place is fantastic! Plain and simple, they do a great job for an amazing price. I recently had a Monroe piercing done, and Mike was great with me, and my son who had to tag along. He attempted to laugh it off when I screamed at the sight of the needle, and he was very sweet and understanding when I had to run to the bank to get cash (Future reference-they do not take cards of any kind.). There wasn't an arrogant vibe to the place, like I've noticed at a lot of body modification places (Just Another Hole, Brookside, and Idol Time, just to name a few.).
