My kid just turned 18, and went to Tomahawk for his first tattoo. I told him the rules:Know what you want, work out the art, decide on it, and make sure you're committed.Don't haggle in the price. Know what it's gonna cost beforehand, and pay the artist what it's gonna cost.He has the counter woman draw up his tattoo, sets an appointment and pays a deposit. Total cost is supposed to be 120.00, he pays 40.00 up front. He gets there for the appointment, and his stencil isn't prepared. The girl apparently can't find his art. The tattoo artist does a rough freehand stencil, puts it on him, then informs him, after the fact, that it's going to cost extra beyond the 120.00 to get the background in the original art!He now has one of the worst pieces I have ever seen on his right shoulder, and already looking for ways to cover it up or get it off.I wish I could give it 0 Stars Read Less
