After just seconds of walking into this place looking around seeing how unclean the lobby was then being treated by tow kids who was more into a video game than customer service I was unsure of it all sitting on the couch they had in the lobby that looked and felt like it was in thousands of 90's cheap pron's i then notticed all the trash on the floor that must have been there for days everywhere not just the clutter of junk in the corner but under and behind the couch and counters food that had been half eattin on the counter that had fallen to the floor then listening to the kids play there game using perdounf language at top of there lungs over and over I didn't want to see another bit 110% most unprofessional place I ever been in my life my wife who was going to get her first tatt and I looked and ran out with a oh hell no to this place Read Less

Louis is the best tattoo artist I know been my friend for many many many years all but one of my tattoos have been done by him on my way to having a complete left arm sleeve done by amazing tattoo artist that just happens to be my friend I would recommend this to everybody skipping not one person that one of the tattoos I recommend them before anybody else Read Less

My experience when I was in the shop getting my tattoo was great, but after it healed it looked terrible. I followed all of the instructions they gave me for aftercare. I stopped in about 4 months later to ask them if they could redo my tattoo and they said sure call us next week. I called the next week to set the appointment up and the owner took a message. I didn’t hear anything from them so I called back the next day no one answered I tried calling several times that day and no one would answer. I finally called from a different number and they answered first ring. I gave them my name and asked again to make an appointment. At this time the lady on the phone got super rude with me and told me that she has a message to give her when she gets to the shop and that she will call me. Well this has been 2 months now and I have never heard from them. Recently I went and had someone else redo my tattoo and it looks great. I do not recommend Dead Ringer Tattoo. I got a medusa piercing here yesterday! I was really nervous but Louis talked me through the whole thing and made it an awesome experience! I doubt I'll be getting anymore piercings but I would without a doubt recommend him to anyone looking for a piercer. I had a septum piercing done up in Nicoma park and the piercing artist fucked up on it. It was crooked and pierced in the wrong spot. I asked Louis to help remove it, and he did and he was so polite doing it, even though I bled everywhere. He also pierced my tongue for me and he did an amazing job and he talked me through it. I've had my tongue pierced before and he managed to get it in the same spot that it was in before. I am completely satisfied! Read Less
