Went in with a couple of friends for their Friday the 13th deal. The place was packed as to be expected. We got our names on the list. Because there was such a large turn out the wait was pretty long but they took everyone even offering to honor the deal if we wanted to come back another day. The three of us were the last ones up and by then it was 4 am. The artists still did an AMAZING job and were so kind and patient even though I know they had to have been exhausted. All our tattoos turned out great. I will definitely be going back to get more work done. The work is beautiful and everyone is so great! Read Less

I went to five different tattoo shops before I got here and none of them wanted to or had the confidence to do my cover up. However, when I got here I met Eddie and with no problem or hesitation he said he could do it. I've already been under the needle for 15 hours in multiple sessions and every time I go it is a pleasant experience. I laugh and enjoy the people working there. Eddie is very professional and super funny, plus my cover is looking bad ass! Read Less

I have had a tattoo done here before and I would give that experience with that particular artist a 5 star. He was talkative, calm, and did my tattoo perfectly. I guess as of recently they have gotten new employees and one of them being completely terrible at his job. I would put his name but he didnt even care to tell me. Description: short, rounder guy, bald, was wearing a star wars shirt the day he did my tattoo. The whole time he complained about his job, his hands were so shaky I thought he had Parkinson's disease, and as i'm sure you can already conclude did a HORRIBLE tattoo. Now every time I look at my wrist i'm reminded of my terrible experience and to put the cherry on top it is not healing right. So, now I will be going to a different tattoo shop to get a cover up and will never come back or refer anyone here again. Thanks for nothing, rude troll guy at Heart and Soul tattoo. Read Less

I went in for the Friday the 13th special they had going on, it was $20 dollar tattoos. I don't normally don't mind waiting but I think that when you're going to have a high traffic business day you should have multiple tattoo artists working. So I sat down and waited about 3 and a half hours, I guess they only had like two dudes tattooing. Once I started getting tattooed I noticed some issues. 1.my tattooer did not shave the area he tattooed on me. 2.My tattooers machine cord was not wrapped in plastic, which is a health code violation. That cord is dragging across people's bodies; so with that comes blood and disease. 3. my tattooer did not wrap my fresh tattoo afterwards. Don't get me wrong, I do like my tattoo, and my artist was nice. I just had a few issues with the shop's efficiency and hygiene. Read Less
