trash customer service. stood in line for 9 hours on friday the 13th to come to a dead standstill for 2 hours. got a rain check valid for the following tuesday, wednesday, thursday. went today (tuesday) trying to get a refund because we just changed my mind and the owner, Brian Reedy, was aggressive and a complete asshole about the whole situation. my friends (all women) and i came polite and understanding but he went inside and was giving an aggressive speech about us while we waited outside. would not give us a refund for tattoos we paid for and didn't receive (and no longer wanted). friday and tuesday were the only days we were available to get our tattoos as we all work. definitely do not recommend this shop. he offered for us to get in line to tattoo on the spot but since he was so aggressive in his approach none of us felt comfortable getting any service done by him. before we left he wanted copies of our paperwork and IDs we had filled out on friday which i cannot understand why he would want that except to know who we are if we came back. if there was less than a 1 star review this shop would get 0. This is the top notch shop! They are very personable, professional, caring individuals and CLEAN!!. I’ve had several tats done by Brian along with piercings done. I’ve never felt uncomfortable with any services. I never have to worry about the aftercare. Even when I thought it was a stupid question about it they made me feel like I was valid and answered any and all questions regardless how small or large it might be. Brian is so very awesome, and talented. I was wanting a memorial for my brother. And I was wanting a cover up for one I had got when I was younger. I was blown away with what I got The colors are amazing, he was gentle and it didn't hurt as much as I remembered. Very down to earth guy. If your wanting to get something covered or something new I really recommend Brian Reedy at Good Times Tattoo. They also do piercings with a huge jewelry selection. I love these guys..... I have had really bad piercing experiences in the past so I was heasitant to get another piercing but they were amazing.... Friendly staff and an amazing piercer!!!!!
