I dont believe for 1 second those reviews with 4 or 5 stars are real customers. The have a special buy one tattoo ans get 1 free with equal or lesser value. I was very suspicious of that but since I was there for a piercing it wasn't a huge concern. But after dealing very rude arrogant customer service , I got my answer as to why they had a buy one get one free tattoo. They are badly in need of customers yet with their arrogant holier than thou attitude they're too ignorant to see that is their problem. I walked out not wanting their service or ever wanting to come back ever. Soon after I started asking around and found some who got reall bad tattoos and some who had a friend who did. I also found out they have another shop called Bone deep. I DO NOT recommend anyone go the either one if their businesses for something you have for the rest of your life when they dont give a you know what. Go to a business that is by word of mouth. Dont always trust reviews, Especially when you see reall bad ones. They can easily put fake reviews. And after what I experienced and heard by mouth there is no way those reviews are from real customers. Anyone they have in their parlor are poor victims and I hope it works out! Read Less
