Not only is Rich easy on the eyes.... he does an awesome job!! I loved it that he helped me decide... gave me ideas... and actually gave his opinion rather than just told me what I wanted to hear... Walked in to make an appointment and was very happy that I got one but the customer service was terrible. Very passive aggressive to me and my grandmother. I also didn't think it was very sterile that the guy came out with his gloves still on and a napkin with ink on it to help me. Ended up canceling and he also didn't give us back our $40 deposit. I don't know much about ""Secret Ink Tattoos"" because I have actually never received a tattoo from there. I had very high hopes in being able to attend this weekend, for the ""Breast Cancer Ribbon Tattoos"", not just because they were only $20. Although, I had to take my kids to a Halloween Event that had run over time. My great-grandmother died from breast cancer when I was at a very young age. In fact, the whole cancer scare has affected nearly ever female in the family, including me. So for a business to do, what this one did ( donating all the money to the Susan G.
