Let me start off by saying this, DON'T BOTHER GOING HERE... they like to post hours of operation but when you arrive 2 hours prior to closing time, they're already gone. trash customer service. stood in line for 9 hours on friday the 13th to come to a dead standstill for 2 hours. got a rain check valid for the following tuesday, wednesday, thursday. went today (tuesday) trying to get a refund because we just changed my mind and the owner, Brian Reedy, was aggressive and a complete asshole about the whole situation. my friends (all women) and i came polite and understanding but he went inside and was giving an aggressive speech about us while we waited outside. would not give us a refund for tattoos we paid for and didn't receive (and no longer wanted). friday and tuesday were the only days we were available to get our tattoos as we all work. definitely do not recommend this shop. he offered for us to get in line to tattoo on the spot but since he was so aggressive in his approach none of us felt comfortable getting any service done by him. before we left he wanted copies of our paperwork and IDs we had filled out on friday which i cannot understand why he would want that except to know who we are if we came back. if there was less than a 1 star review this shop would get 0. could never get my tattoo finished. They went through so many tattoo artists, & I use that term loosely. If they didn't have personal problems and didn't show they supposedly had a drug problem and were fired. Never could get my money back was always promise that it would be taken care of. Drove over several times only to be told there was no one there to work on it or they didn't have a tattoo artist on hand.horrible, horrible business practices. Read Less

This is the only place to go if you want a GREAT piercing experience. They were extremely friendly and helpful not to mention this is the cleanest shop I have ever been too. They answered all my questions and concerns and they even gave me more after care supply when I ran out; for FREE! It was absolutely worth the short drive and the prices were extremely fair. It made sense when I found out it was a family owned/run place cause they treated me just like that. I wont be going any where else! Read Less
